This store has a few excellent cashiers and stockers. However, the prices at this location are the highest in the Columbus area. I’m not sure if management’s goal was to be the most expensive store, but they have achieved this. Also the showcase is poorly done. If you just want to buy one Ohio State shirt, you will not find one. Items like these are held until they can get a bunch of them sold together for one price(over $100) in the showcase.

This store is dirty . The manager is rude and nasty she talks to her employees disrespectful. They over price everything in this location . It’s suppose to be affordable.

We had a good experience shopping in the store. We found a shirt and a ball cap for our grandson. Like most thrift stores you have to search for the bargains. The employees were very friendly.

Overheard an employee telling a customer (who was asking why everything is so overpriced) that it was because of the new manager. This customer said that she had a truck full of items that she was going to donate there but would be taking them to a different location so people could afford it and not be over priced at this location. The employee completely agreed with her. She also mentioned that there was some used appliance there that was actually $15 MORE than you can buy them NEW online. They also stock broken items for more than you can find on ebay that are in working condition. Lol, absolutely ridiculous.

Outrageous prices on donated items!!!$30 dollars on used DVD players. The manager tried to charge me $89 on a used breast pump.

The manager look like she was on drugs, had a nasty attitude, smelled like cigarettes and coffee. I couldn't believe it especially at Goodwill.

Prices are so ridiculously high. Everything is anymore, but for second hand stuff? The people that work there never smile, look depressed and have no customer service. At least greet your customers as they come in.

Loved this spot - I visited today as I do nearly weekly and noticed a dramatic upward shift in prices. It was so intense I stepped out of my comfort zone and just flat out asked if something had changed - I was told they had gotten a new manager.Heads up, it’s not an affordable thrift store anymore. ☹️

I went into this location and let me first date I have had good experiences at this location in the past. My experience today is making me rethink whether I will purchase from this Goodwill location and goodwills in the future. I was filming for my social media content today. When I had an interaction with the manager there that was less than positive. She was downright condescending and rude. The issue was over a black panther mask which was in the Halloween section and today being November the 5th the Halloween mask listed as superheroes were marked 50% off. I took the mask to the checkout along with my other items and then was informed no it was $5 then no it was $3.99. the cashier agreed with me black panther is a superhero. I didn't understand why the Captain America mask which was marked $3.99 was half off and the Thor mask which was worked $3.99 was half off but the Black Panther was not. This rude patronizing manager then went on to tell me will those masks are in the wrong place they are not included in the 50% off and as I was checking out she yelled at me from over 15 ft away from the register to where she was standing where are the other masks that were in the wrong place. What I explained to her is I am not going to assist you in doing what is your job to do to make certain merchandise is in the correct place. Furthermore I am offended that there are five masks under the 50% off sign for superheroes and you want to charge me full price and yell at me from a distance for assistance with your job. If I was standing where she was well over 25 ft from me and I had yelled hey where is such and such I would have been considered a rude customer but somehow it was appropriate for her as a manager to yell at me? If I was at Walmart shopping and the item multiple items were under a 50% off sign Mark superhero I that would have been honored in an actual store but yet it wasn't today. ?,,, I went to five and beyond and purchased nine black panther mask from them all at 50% off.

That goodwill is nothing worth it and the prices are, well, it's better to buy it in the store and put a little more.
