Horrible...no customer service whatsoever. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes and the girl behind the counter didn't greet me or offer customer service once I entered the store. She had her head down most of the time. I had planned on purchasing something but I'd rather go next door to Walmart due to the lack of customer service and her not offering any type of help to me and the other individual who had walked into the store.

Called literally all day, phone would ring once,maybe twice and then hang up. Someone needs to look into why customers are being ignored when they're calling with questions.

Awesome staff and good selection. We go to a lot of GameStops and this one was very nice. Was super clean and organized. Got an amazing deal on this headset on clearance. Very happy!

Went To Purchase Street Fighter 5. The Current Copy I have Is Not Working Properly So I Needed A New One. The Customer Service Was Great. I Also Purchased The Protection Plan Which Was Inexpensive. I'm Looking Foward To Making More Purchases.

Do NOT buy any trading cards here!!! They are overpriced ($39 for $22 dual decks) and WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. This is apparently part of their policy, but they should read a disclaimer otherwise every trading card purchase.
