“Got a few items that should have been well over 20 dollars, paid 10 and some change! Will come to this waterbeds from now on! Usually I can get items from waterbeds on Amazon, the same product or item for half of the price! But the atmosphere of a waterbeds just will never compare to Amazon!!! Also the friendly and knowledgeable staff working the counters. Very nice and classy if I do say so myself! 5 stars! If I could give them 10 I would absolutely no doubt give them a 10 out of 10, and have already recommended! Keep up the wonderful work, retail isn't for everyone that's for sure! It takes a detail oriented person to put out all the inventory that waterbeds gets in. Organizing inventory, putting different inventory items in the correct location of the store and categorizing things so customers can view them in a certain area of the store! “By far then nicest preowned furniture store in central ohio. She only carries items of the highest quality and most items come from the top furniture makers (both past and present). Great selection of original art from many listed artist. Some of the accessories are antique and collectibles but there are also more recent accessories, again only the highest quality pieces are sold here. Since this is not a consignment shop they are able to seek out and personally pick ever piece. Of inventory instead of being limited to whats brought to them. If you want only the highest of quality pieces for your home this is the place for you. All the furniture is real wood and is the type of things that can last a lifetime!”

“After just moving into my new townhome I was out with my mom to refurnish it with all new everything. On the way home, I noticed a very nice washer and dryer set out on display. We stopped inside to “look around”. I ended up leaving with the washer and dryer I wanted for my townhome, a washer for my moms house, a leather sectional, 2 luxe area rugs, a futon for my office, and a cordless vacuum. They also have great in house financing. George is a great trustworthy businessman, and will give you a good deal. It was quick and easy with fast delivery.”

“We have a nice selection of stuff for home decoration. I did find a rug there that I thought was a good price. Most of the places I went to price rugs had them between $200 and $500 for 8x10 or 7x10, I found a 7x10 that I thought look good for $99. I also found some baskets for storage, one of them I got had rollers on it so I'm going to put blankets in it beside the sofa. I will probably go back there to look at pillows as well once I get things settled.”

“3/3/2022 7225pm This target was tucked away and I didn't even know it existed. found it by mistake while rolling around. Very quite, clean and well organized store. Seems like they keep their employees on top of putting back products and straightening up items on shelves. That really is important because a messy store and make customers turn away and not want to shop there. Of course we know people will come in stores and ransack the place so it isn't 100% their fault. I'll stop by again for sure if I am in the area.”

“We purchased a beautiful Flexsteel sofa, 2 recliners, from them. It was all great until the one recliner decided not to work anymore. It has electric controls for the reclining, lumbar and headrest. We called the warranty dept, as they talked us into purchasing that when we bought the furniture. We called the warranty company and they sent someone out - 3 weeks later. He had no parts with him, was at our house for less than 5 minutes, told us is was the electric cord or maybe the panel and they would order it. Then we get a call telling us it is still under the stores warranty and they can't do it. We call the store, who then calls their service people (outsourced).Then another guy shows up, still no parts with him and he says it is the motor not the cord. They say they will order it, they even took a picture of the actual part and #. Then 2 more weeks later we get the motor shipped to us, the guy comes out - wrong motor. We call the store again, they will order the part. I sent him pictures of the motor with the part number. Again, 2 weeks later we receive the wrong motor. Now we are sitting on another 3 weeks and still have no chair. We have complained about the customer service, asked for a new chair, and no response, except they are sorry. However, "Sorry" doesn't allow me to use my chair for the last 4 months! We paid over $1,548 for this chair!This is the most unacceptable customer service I have ever received or witnessed. I sold appliances for a living and none, not one, of my customers ever went thru this type of service. I always made it right.Another email was sent today, will I get a positive result or another, "I'm sorry."***UPDATE: Synopsis...We're sorry, Flexsteel is sorry". But wait for it...now the part won't be in until July 14th! So it will now be almost 5 months without a chair!***UPDATE: The Owner was informed of the situation, called me and has made this right. I will be receiving a new chair, which is scheduled for delivery on Monday, July 3rd. I appreciate his help in the situation, and making it right for the customer. He won back his customer.”

I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff.Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star ?????customer service that Robert and his team provides.Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. “Georgie's is a sweet little shop in Canal Winchester. Canal itself is a lovely small town with several shops and eateries to spend an afternoon. A spacious store, much larger than the previous location, where you can find shabby style, vintage, clothing, jewelry, candles, some furniture and other decor. A great place to find gifts and a relaxing place to shop. They are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Roomy parking lot which is a plus.”
