DISABLED WITH SERVICE ANIMALS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! We stayed at this hotel last night, and we showed our dog's credentials as a service animal at registration! My husband goes to walk my dog this morning and is rudely approached by a simple desk clerk and told pets are not allowed on the property! Ashley (desk clerk) then proceeded to tell my husband pets are not allowed on the property! Then, in front of other guests eating breakfast, he is asked his room number, ask basically what my disability is, and told that my dog is not the right kind of dog to be a service animal. Now all of this happened in a public forum where other guests could hear the exchange! I come down to let her know that the people who were working the desk last night had seen the animal's credentials and she really didn't have the right to ask anything more than the room number and if it were a service dog, and she immediately started putting her hand up at me rudely more or less gesturing for me to hush or shut up this of course infuriates me so I said I'm going to say what I have to say and she might as well put her hand down! She then informs me they have the right to ask what my disability is, if he's a registered guest as well as basically accuse us of being liars in front of other guests which tells me rude Ashley will do this again because she has no social skills! BE AWARE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ANNOUNCE YOUR DISABILITY TO THE WORLD DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL OR PRAY SHE ISN'T WORKING WHEN YOU DO!!!!
Noteworthy details: Ashley the desk clerk is rude and unkind!

Hotel concierge on 06/14/2024 during the night shift was on a complete power trip and called the cops on non-confrontational and harmless guests. We were peacefully hanging out in the patio area when two officers from the local sheriff’s department arrived to let us know that “alcoholic beverages are not allowed in public areas.” We were outside drinking water and eating candy. To be fair, we were drinking beers in the parking lot earlier and were told about the hotel policies. We immediately complied and got rid of our beverages. At no point did anyone raise voices, resist or argue. It seems that this particular employee simply wanted to exercise the small amount of power they had. It is disappointing that they would even waste the time of our officers who are meant to serve and protect the public. There are far more important issues to address out there.
Noteworthy details: Hotel was fine. Night shift concierge was on a complete power trip. Not impressed with the unprofessional behavior.

Stayed here last weekend for one night and on Monday we had a charge of $310 for ONE night We could have stayed at the great wolf lodge for that !!! Called to speak with them about it, they assured me someone would call my husband the next morning but like usual that did not happen. Kids couldn’t even swim pool was closed. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy not much . Definitely disappointed in the price that was not what we were told the price would be. Learned our lesson we never have these issues with Holiday Inn

Paper thin walls. We can hear the TVs in both rooms connected. Plus the doors make a ton of noise.

Although brand new and super nice I will never stay here again. Hardly slept. Only 10 cars in the parking lot and it sounded as if the place was jam packed. Non stop slamming doors and the sounds of furniture moving at 6am on a Saturday is a bit of a deal breaker. Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

The hotel is very nice and clearly new. However the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you. It’s not easy to get a good nights rest here.

This appears to be a pretty new hotel, and the amenities are modern. Pool was larger than it looked in the picture on line and we enjoyed a swim. Patio out back was nice. Breakfast buffet was fine.Rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely presented. However the walls were surprisingly paper thin and we could hear things from the rooms next door that we really didn't want to. That was really the only downfall.

Disappointing for a Marriott property. I stay at a lot and this is a fairly new property with a decent location, but the staff is questionable. The front desk claimed to post notes to solve problems but nothing happened as a result, and the housekeeping was really terrible. Dirty socks on the floor from whoever was in the room before and when I told the front desk they said they would take care of it only to return the next evening to my room with the socks still there. Housekeeping was there because the trash and towels were changed but the bathroom sink and toilet were not cleaned and socks that the front desk said they specifically were “taking care of” we’re still there. I am a Marriott fan but definitely won’t be staying at this location again.Noteworthy details: Possibly the worst housekeeping ever

Ice clean hotel. Breakfast was a typical hotel spread. Nothing but regular.
