I rarely get on Yelp to leave reviews but this has to be the worst CVS in central Ohio. Prescriptions that should be ready the same day take multiple days to fill, and when you go to pick them up you wait a bit longer even. I'd leave a zero stars if I could, in the future I'll be driving far out of my way to avoid this place.

This CVS is very understaffed, they have Now Hiring signs all over the store. This has also taken on more Canal and alot Groveport residence with no help from the management of CVS to get people hired and trained. I also heard this CVS is not listed as preferred because the management will not help the current staff. I also understand the l starting wages are pretty darn good, if your looking for job...go apply.

This cvs is aweful. The pharmacy has never been able to refill my time-sensitive medications when on time. It's now been over a week since a drug was ordered and still hasn't arrived. Pharmacists never acknowledge any customers unless they have too, over half the staff is standoffish. The rest of the store looks worse than one would expect given the area, and customers are rarely greeted when entering in the evening. Took my business to a different store.

If I have an option to give them negative ratings I definitely give them -10 . Worse experience ever. Doctor prescribed me some emergency medication on Monday and I waited until Saturday but no luck. They only open their drive through. Where you will see 10 -15 cars always and each care take minimum 10-15 minutes. How this CVS operation like this bad way. I was suffering a lot with out my medication. I wasted hours in the line and they never be able to serve me. I think CVS do not closely look employee’s activities. Worse worse worse. This my fist and last time this this place.

I called this pharmacy at 9am and the automated system said they weren’t open yet but did say my two prescriptions would be ready for pick up at 9:40am. I got there at 9:30am. The tech told me he could expedite it but it wouldn’t be ready for pick up until 10:30am. I said okay no problem I’ll be back later. I arrived back at 4:40pm the tech told me only one out of my two prescriptions were ready and the second one would be ready in 15 minutes. I said okay I will wait. There is nowhere to sit inside to wait and when you have a toddler with you they don’t wait very long inside a store so I went back to the car. Decided to go to the drive thru since I had my toddler with me and figured by the time I get to the window my prescription should be ready. The drive thru line was ridiculously long. I waited 45 minutes before getting up to the window. Thankfully my prescription was ready and I was at the window for a minute and a half. I understand they are probably short staffed but that’s 3 times in one day waiting in line. Don’t tell someone their prescription will be ready at a certain time and they give you extra time to get it ready and then it’s still not ready at pick up. If someone has more than 1 scrip that they’re picking up get their entire order ready maybe you wouldn’t have such long wait times

This Pharmacy is completely ridiculous!!!! It is drive through pick up and drop off only so you have to sit in your running car forever!!!! WHY would you close the walkin part of it completely??? Awful Awful Awful and it's beginning to be ALL the CVS places!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time scheduling vaccines here. I've scheduled two appts in the past year. Today's appt was cancelled last minute, and the last appt was messed up due to a scheduling glitch.

Spent over an hour on hold to check on a script that they had hours to fill for my pain management after surgery. They made this an incredibly annoying and frustrating experience when it didn't have to be at all. I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Incredibly unprofessional.Edit: after waiting several hours for them to fill my pain meds for my surgery, they called me an hour before close to tell me that they don't have my medicine. This place is pathetic and I beg that no one rely on this pharmacy.

The store is absolutely terrible. I jokingly called just to see how long I would be on hold for until somebody would answer the phone and it got to the 45 minute mark and I just hung up. They were supposed to have my prescription refill ready by Monday I went in there on Wednesday still didn't have it processed then told me it was going to be ready yesterday and the automatic voicemail on the phone told me that it's still processing. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this location. Very dissatisfied. If there was an option for zero Stars that's what I would give them.

They were very ghetto and rude today at the pharmacy, then again that’s probably why this store location only has two stars, and every time I come in there there’s never any customers. So I’ve been in the ER for over 6 hours from pain I was sitting next to my Dr when they called in my prescriptions over 3 hours ago I get to CVS they’re telling me they don’t see any of my prescriptions… then, they find one but not the other and say that neither one of them are ready, and that they can’t find my insurance even after I handed my insurance cards to them remind you I just received an inhaler from them mid April of this year, then the little black girl with the nappy weave decided to try to insult me and ask me do I have Medicaid …. When my card clearly shows that I have private insurance it was just a horrible experience all together. They’re very unorganized. The manager sat back there and didn’t say not a word while the technician and the lady that is allegedly a pharmacist kept being unprofessional… it’s a very disgusting disoriented environment … it was such an unpleasant scene I chose to have all of my scripts transferred out.

*****ZERO STAR REVIEW*****Avoid this location. This location should be closed. All the reviews are consistent with my experience at this location. The pharmacy staff is rude (Except Brittany, she plesant and professional) and unprofessional, prescriptions aren't filled on time, they don't answer the phone. I went in to pick up a prescription only to be told that I could not pick it up in store and that I need to go to the drive-thru. The one star I gave is because it was required to leave a review.

this is literally the worst pharmacy in columbus ohio. maybe even in america. it’s a mystery how they’re still open. i just waited in line for an hour & a half for them to tell me my prescription isn’t ready, when it got sent in at 10:30 am, & i showed up at 3 pm. i told them i needed it today & the doctor told me he will fill it for me in an hour & i go outside & wait like 20 minutes & i get a text message saying it’s filled. so i go back inside & he tells me i have to go wait in line again when the line is almost to the cash register up front!!!!! i have to go to work!! & not only that i tried to call them for 3 hours, not even joking, waiting for 3 hours for them to answer & no one did. when i was in line i kept hearing the phone say there was like 4 people calling, then 6 people calling, then 2 people calling. and no one answers. there’s a guy working the check out & he has no idea what he’s doing. someone goes up to get their script & he just walks around in circles & stares at the wall. i’m pretty sure he’s an NPC because what are you doing. then he goes and stares at the computer doing nothing for like 10 minutes & then walks around some more & finally grabs the script & does the same exact thing to the next person. i have bills and stuff i need to pay im barely making it by & these people do not care at all and are in no type of hurry whatsoever. NEVER EVER COME HERE ITS LITERALLY THE WORST!!!!!!

To keep a long story short, the young man who I spoke with on 2 separate occasions in regards to filling a prescription that my doctor called in told me that there was no prescription and there were notes from my doctor saying it should not be filled. Even after showing him the prescriptions in my mychart and explaining that my doctor confirmed they were sent in he treated me like I was crazy. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I called my doctor today and they contacted the pharmacy and spoke to another employee who confirmed that yes, they have all the prescriptions that were called in at the end of March and that there were absolutely no issues or such notes attached to them. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ZERO ISSUES FILLING THESE PRESCRIPTIONS because everything was there clear as day. My doctor told them to fill the script and I picked it up this evening. Because of this employee I went almost a month without my medication. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking there may have been some kind of technology issue but finding out the prescriptions were in the system the entire time and that he lied about doctor notes makes me absolutely sick. This young man has bleached hair on top and he should be fired. To deny someone their medication for whatever reason is unethical and abusive. On top of that, to treat me like I am somehow delusional and wrong when I 100% was not just blows my mind. No human should be gaslighted like that especially by someone "in charge" of medications. I plan to give feedback to the manager as soon as I find the contact information.

They had 8 hours to fill get a subscription filled and got there and they tell me another 5 -10 mins. Terrible

I've been here twice, solely for the COVID-19 vaccination shot and the booster. These people take excellent care of you, exhibiting the highest in professionalism and proficiency. During my first visit, I learned that I had mistakenly scheduled my appointment at a nearby store. The attendant was unable to cancel that reservation, but he let me schedule at his and, although the next available one wasn't for an hour, allowed me to receive the shot right then and there. Definitely where I'll continue to report for any and all future treatment.
