You never know what you’re going to get when you come here.. but more times than none they are rude to everyone except their “regular” customers. Walked in at 5:15 to ask for a simple gel color change and the manager told me they were closed (they close at 6) ..Don’t bother coming here- not worth it at all, it won’t be money well spent.

They were literally yelling “what color” as I’m walking to the chair. I told them black and purple. I was told no black nail polish? Like at all? Lol

Rude! Now Google clearly states that they don’t close until 6, they don’t have correct hours posted on their door. I walk in at 5:30 for a fill and the rude young lady in the front greets me by saying “do you have a question.” REALLY! No, I need a balance and she say they close at 5, but I walked right into an unlocked door. I really like Wendy and the young guy but this young lady is always extremely rude. Also Google you may want to confirm their hours since people rely on this information for accuracy.

I am beyond disappointed with my visit. I got the laziest pedicure i have ever received. My 10-year-old son would've done a better job he barely cleaned up. My toes didn't scrub at all with the foot file. There was a two second massage no lotion anything at all and it was $56. That was the worst pedicure and highly overpriced for what they did. I shouldn't have paid more than $30 even with a tip. Save yourself the disappointment and don't go. The shop itself is rundown and looks like it needed to be remodeled 15 years ago. It is not what I expected at all.

Called and asked if they would be available for me to walk in in about 10-15 minutes. Walked in in 10-15 minutes, and I waited over an hour to be helped before I left without getting my nails done.

Love Classic Nail and the staff. Have gone there for a long time for both manicures and pedicures. Wendy and Bill are fabulous!!!

Classic Nails and Spa is the worst nails salon that I have ever known in my entire life.The workers are very rude especially the youngest one among them,they don’t even know how to talk to a customer.I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Today, December 28, 2023, my wife was treating me for a scheduled pedicure appointment at Classic Nails; one for me and her at 2 PM today, 6450 Winchester Blvd, Canal Winchester, Ohio We excitedly scheduled our day accordingly. We prepared ourselves and arrived at the scheduled Canal Winchester location at scheduled time of appointment. We signed in and EVENTUALLY were acknowledged, only to be TOLD that they were "booked". Our immediate reply was that they themselves scheduled and confirmed us for two pedicures at the designated 2pm. The lady again "rudely" reiterated and further asked us to come back on tomorrow (12/29). My response was "so by inconveniently coming back on tomorrow would it be free or even discounted due to YOUR documented error with no cancellation courtesy phone call ahead of arrival?" The woman replied "nothing is free" and I responded by saying "neither is our time for free" that you disrespected without any regard on today. This woman was very nonchalant, insensitive, and displayed NO SOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE in response to us in front of everyone! This was my first & LAST visit at Classic Nails 6450 Winchester Blvd Canal, Winchester. I will NEVER return. I DO NOT Recommend this establishment at all. This particular site does not allow you to leave Star ratings blank; so unfortunately I'm forced to check a 1- Star rating which is FAR FROM the TRUTH!

I made a 10am appointment 2 weeks ahead. arrived at 9:59 am upon salon opening. only 2 associates working and 6 customers walked in. owner put 2 walk ins ahead of us. Dont bother making an appointment you will still wait over an hour to get service.

A classic case of.. what we asked for (and was told they could do) and what we got. They look like a Marlboro Pack. $83 in the trash. The older man in the salon did them. He assured he could do what we asked and sat at the table, and it turned into a whole different story. These were for her homecoming. I never said anything because we didn’t have time but this… is unacceptable. Completely unacceptable. And he also used reg nail polish. And not gel. They were chipping the next day. Do not recommend at all. Do not tell people you can do something when in fact you can’t and then put them in a predicament of “am I walking out of this place and not paying at all” or “am I paying and being disappointed for the next six weeks of my life if they last that long.” It was a star. Today was my 4th or 5th time visiting because I've had okay experiences previously. After today, I won't be returning. I wasn't seated with the tech I had in the past. There was water all over the floor when I got up from my pedi chair & I fell...HARD. I was fine in the moment, probably from adrenaline & embarrassment. But 3hrs later, I'm EXTREMELY sore & still embarrassed. I messed up my nails during the fall. There was no offer to fix them or knock anything off the final price. I was also covered in whatever dirt was on the floor. The color I wanted was "out." I guess the only have one bottle per color cause I definitely saw the color on another client. & I noticed after the fact that some of my nails are uneven. I'm usually more observant during my appointments but the fall & lack of accountability really threw me off. Literally no accountability. $64 + tip for a regular mani/pedi on top of an injury that wasn't my fault. I'm so disappointed. Hoping they learn from this because I'm not a petty person but this could've easily been a lawsuit.
