They never have workers to talk to about your account. Not everyone works banker hours and can be off work during m-f. No one is there in the weekend and chase canal dose not take walk in. They shut the other branch down that made you feel like valued customer. This location only has bank teller so you can withdraw or put in. money really disappointed in Chase in this location.

I have literally had Chase bank since I was 15 years old, I recently ran into a hard times and was laid off for my job and September. I unfortunately wasn’t able to put any funds in my account at this time. Once I finally get a job, I go to send money to my Chase bank account, to find out they closed it down and did not even let me know, because it was -$10. Not only that they aren’t sending me my money back. But rather sending it in a check form to my other bank account. it really broke my heart because I thought I built a relationship with chase but I quickly found out the dont not care about their customer. They would never let me overcharge but ALWAYS let companies take hundreds of dollars out of my account. I was sad at first that they shut down my account but maybe it’s a blessing. Don’t use chase. Choose a bank that actually cares about you like Huntington, or Wright, Patt, credit Union. Chase is terrible.

I've been with Chase for the last 14 years. I'm always treated with respect. Once someone over seas got a hold of my debit card number and started buying stuff from Saks Fifth Avenue. The bank notified me quickly and when I told them I didn't make the purchases they immediately closed out the card AND put the money back. No questions asked. I will always stay with Chase.

I had some questions about opening up a business account. The lady at the desk was very informative and told me how to go about that. I appreciate the information that was given.

So yesterday I went to this location because I’m trying to get my card back activated and call chase customer service before I went. Let me tell you how rude this lady was in the front..first of all she ,saw me walk in, looked at me and carried on talking to one of the bankers, and laughed . I wait like 10 min.. then she came. She look like she did not want to deal with me .. so when she was helping me .. she was yelling or talking loud ..so bad with an attitude so the whole bank can hear my information. Telling me that they can’t help me out because it’s the last hour til they close and there was no bankers to assist me.. again she like yelling this to me. She said she can schedule me a day at the end of this week. Like around 3:30p. I’m asking her what day in the week I can come.. she keep on saying just to later on this week. I said no and I told her I’ll go to a different bank tomorrow. she just mugged and said Ok . That whole experience made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there..like shouldn’t been in their establishment…So disappointing because this is the same location at got my first bank account with years ago. I’ve been a loyal member for 16 years. Sad. Someone really need to go check out that location because she was so rude ..so unprofessional it’s crazy.

I have been a valued Chase customer my entire life. Chase has been the only bank that I’ve banked with. I am very disappointed how I was treated today during my meeting. My dad and I met with Daniel to receive information about me opening a Roth IRA. Daniel gave me incorrect facts in order to sway me to open another retirement account. I specifically informed him that I only wanted to open a Roth IRA and he informed me that I would have taxes deducted and penalties if I opened a Roth IRA. These facts were incorrect; my own accountant informed me that a Roth IRA is tax free after 5 years. Daniel even rudely said that my accountant was wrong. I am disappointed that Daniel informed me of the incorrect facts just for me to open another account. Also, Daniel’s customer service was very unprofessional. He blamed my dad and I for interrupting him when, in fact, he would not let us ask questions. He rudely stopped our conversation to correct my dad and I “interrupting.” I was the customer and have never been rudely stopped to not speak.

Lobby is understaffed and staff is rude. Another nail in the coffin for Chase. Time to finally look for another bank.

I highly recommend staying away from this branch as well as JP Morgan Chase as a whole.I went into this branch and met with a banker about opening a credit card that had a 0% introductory interest rate on balance transfers. The banker recommended the freedom unlimited card, saying it will will have 0% interest on balance transfer and all purchases for 12 months. 2 months later I am getting interest on the balance transfer, which was the only reason I opened the card. So I call the customer service 1800 number and they tell me the interest is correct and the banker was wrong. They say there is nothing they can do and that I should go and talk with the banker. I schedule a meeting with the banker. Upon meeting with him he is perplexed when I tell I’m about the interest charges. He makes some calls to corporate and they inform him that they just changed the card to exclude balance transfers on the introductory 0% interest rate. He tells them that the information he pulled up on the card and the disclosure signed show N/A for interest rate on balance transfers during the introductory 12 months. They say there is nothing they can do. Ultimately neither corporate nor the branch manager made things right and I am still being charged interest. I have filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
