Black dude with weird hair just don't want to serve me I went there to get some coffee but he refuse to check me out and close he's so rude. I didn't expect businesses to have such a rude employe like this at 12:00am may 12 2025.

I payed to use the air machine, just to find out it didn’t work. (There should have been a sign on it displaying that it doesn’t work) I walked in and said “excuse me your air machine doesn’t work” and then was stopped via HAND GENATURE by the person I was talking to, he wouldn’t say ONE word to me, or look at me, even though I was being polite. He pointed at the employee standing next to him indicating I should talk to her instead , not him. (Which is extremely rude) so I told her
the issue, and they said I couldn’t get my money back, there’s nothing they can do about it, and no number I can call. It’s not a third party air machine either, it’s THEIRS. Rudest/Poorest customer service ever. Won’t be going again.

September 1 at 10:30pm. Stopped to use bathroom women working was extremely rude to both my grandparents & it takes a lot for them to even mention it. Doesn’t take much to be nice.. not sure why she’s disrespectful to elderly.

This location is very unprofessional and I end up calling in to check out when it comes to my card information and I was overcharged I call back and the young lady has gotten very disrespectful with me and also made sure that I did not get her name and the manager was not in and she ends up telling me who am I and I asked for her name and let her know that's very unprofessional and she told me what is your name and I just do not think BP wants to be represented that way but however just go up the street to Speedway

RUDE! This gas station staff is rude, the store is dirty and messy. We choose not to go here will go and pay higher prices for gas at any other place besides this store, where staff is friendly and kind. We will gladly pay more and support other businesses besides this one.
