Signed up for slow flow and restore, supposed to be for all levels of yoga and great for people with PTSD and/or trauma. Left about 20 minutes into it because there was nothing slow, calming, or relaxing about it. All I heard was bark bark bark moves...talk talk talk. It was not slow, not restorative, and slow, not calming. If it had been described accurately and I had the right expectations, then I probably would've enjoyed it, but it was not at all my impression based on the class description.

I have come here for Hot Yoga twice now and let me tell you it's amazing!! The instructors are good at leading you through the workout and the people around you don't make you feel ashamed for having to rest throughout the class. A very fun community of people who want to stay healthy and strong. One cool thing I liked was at the end they place a cooling towel on your forward with final meditation and relaxation.. it's a such a great way to end a workout as well as kickstart your day with peace. When the classes aren't too full either , the instructors will walk around and assist with position corrections to help keep your body in line and achieve greater mobility feeling in the stretches!I would recommend booking your classes in advance, especially Sunday hot yoga because they can fill up and you know get a spot. I have prebooked online every time I have gone and I always get a spot compared to walk-ins or waitlisted. Just a tip so you don't miss out!Prices are set at $15 a class or you can get a bundle of 15 classes for $160 making the class just under $11 for each class. If you're like me who isn't good about committing to monthly unlimited memberships, the bundle is a great deal that will last you a year!

I've been going to Advanced Training Fitness and Yoga for over a year and it's really terrific. The instructors are very welcoming and the class participants come from all walks of life. The studio is heated with infrared and being warmhot really helps with stretching. The instructors are good at queueing a classroom of people of different abilities, so it's easy to get an active stretch or an exhilarating workout. The instructors place an emphasis on performing your own practice to what suits you best, over following along in unison. In the winter months the studio is dimly lit, so it's even easier to focus on your own practice and not worry about knowing your right and left. The pay per class sign-up is so much better than a monthly membership.

Excellent experience with Advanced Training Fitness and Yoga. While visiting family and planning to be in and out of the Columbus area for a couple of months, I looked online for a hot yoga studio as I had recently tried that again in order to help get off some of the COVID lockdown weight gain and came across this location just a few miles away. Found that the yoga, HIIT classes, and Boot Camp class were all fantastic here. Easy to book the classes online, excellent price point, great instructors, and overall a very friendly atmosphere. Very impressed with the owner and all of her team, this place has been great and has really helped me keep moving on my fitness journey this year. They keep an overall theme for the classes, but mix it up so that you don't get bored. Even on days I don't really want to work out I know that these classes will go quickly and that I will always feel better once they are done. I would highly recommend Advanced Training for all ages and fitness levels, they seem to have something for everyone.

Went for Sundays class at 12:30 with Courtney and it was amazing!! Started with a nice gentle flow to a steady uplifting pace while being restorative I def felt like I was getting in a workout! The class ended with a relaxing sound bath and I was in heaven!! Such a well rounded class for even the most experienced yogi while being instructed to perfection for a beginner! Loved it and will be back!

This gym is amazing! As a part time RN and full time stay at home Mom I desperately needed a place to get away and this gym provides a supportive, welcoming and diverse environment. The hot yoga is INCREDIBLE, I leave feeling so challenged and tired and happy every single time. I've taken yoga all over the country and this is the best hot yoga class I've taken and Michelle is amazing guide. The hit and bootcamp classes are always fresh, always push me and the guidance is always there to keep my body and form safe. If you need a place to call gym home, this is it! It's helped me so much, I'm here usually 4 to 6 days a week. Go visit!

I've been to several yoga classes here. All have been amazing experiences. Each class is unique and the instructors actively pay attention to the needs of the individuals. Highly recommend heated deep stretch and hot power with Jennah. The slow flow is amazing for stress relief too.

Hands down the best yoga classes I have ever been too. I love the hot power yoga but they offer other great yoga classes and fitness classes as well. There is something for everyone and for every level. All the instructor are wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Everything about this place is amazing! Michelle is an incredible owner and instructor. She is full of great energy and shares that with everyone in each class. This energy leaves you feeling like you got a great workout, as well as, mentally and spiritually whole. I have been attending on and off for over 6 years. I understand the importance of incorporating yoga into my workouts and am working hard to be more consistent! You won’t regret going, do it!!!

I feel so lucky to have access to such an awesome yoga studio so conveniently located to me! It is top tier and Michelle (and all instructors) are wonderful. She makes everyone feel so welcomed and truly cared about! I have grown to love and crave the hot yoga class here. There are also a lot of options beyond yoga and for every skill set which is great.
