Desk staff are unfriendly and act annoyed you are there. They are very unhelpful with even the smallest request. Carriers are awful and leave your box open and exposed to the elements and they retaliate against you with even worse service if you try to let them know your concerns. Don’t even bother trying to talk to the postmaster because she’s just as bad.

Probably one of the most miserable post offices I have ever been to, can’t tell me they don’t have tape behind the counter to tape a label on a package, wanted to make me buy tape and also was rude as hell about it! If you’re that miserable maybe you should find another job.

My recent visit to this post office left me extremely dissatisfied by the rude behavior exhibited by one of the employees, Shayla. Her lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude made my experience unpleasant. I will not be returning to this post office and would advise others to seek alternative locations for their postal needs.

The Canal Fulton post office has always been awesome in my opinion! Friendly office staff and we have the best mail carrier (Missy)! She and the other delivery drivers have always been friendly, and consistent with deliveries and we receive a lot of packages! Never has one NOT been delivered. They have a difficult job, and I want to thank them all for their hard work!

They scan packages as arrived that they never delivered. Packages arrive damaged or we receive packages from the same house number 2 streets away and have to deliver them ourselves. Very poor service.

Horrible experience with trying to get my passport renewed! I advise anyone getting a passport or renewing a passport to go somewhere else.

I was anticipating a letter, the USPS delivery scanner had it shown to be here on Monday. It's now Thursday and all the mail that was supposed to be delivered that day is gone. I was waiting for 2 months to get this letter and when it finally is supposed to comes this post office fails to deliver.

The customer service at the Canal Fulton Post Office is horrible. Always very rude and not helpful. I called with a simple question and got a smart comment back about how she won't and can't help me over the phone. I understand you can't give some information, but I just wondered if what I was asking was possible before I went in there. A nice tone would be great!

The workers here are so rude and unhelpful. It truly is a "not my problem" attitude for any issue. Go work somewhere else with less interaction with the public if you wanna have such an attitude ?
