The best way to go!Sent my LBZ turbo out and got it back fairly quick, guys were super knowledgeable and helpful on what I needed. They always got back to me quickly if I called with questions.When they sent it back it was so clean it looked brand new.After installing back into the truck everything is running great, no more vain problems and sounds awesome since they put in the 9 blade in.

Had my turbo built by them on my duramax 5 years ago and its still working great! Going to send in for a refresher probably soon while I have motor apart for other things. Great work.

Turbo failed at 1000 miles and turbo depot won't warrenty it saying something went threw the turbo causing the bearings to fail

Bought a remanufactured turbo and it failed within a thousand miles. We sent it back to Turbo Depot and he's trying to say something hit the compressor wheel causing the bearings to fail. The bearings failed and the turbo had so much shaft play the compressor wheel was grinding on the housing causing a knotch in the compressor wheel. He refuses to warranty the turbo

Sent "Turbo Depot" my turbo in January and after a lot of unanswered phone calls I received it in March! It did not work properly(could have been my fault) however I sent it back on my dime $87.50 and Turbo Depot called to inform me of that!!! Well it's now June and Turbo Depot still has my turbo and want answer any calls! Absolutely no common courtesy!!!! Pls call me
