I’m on city water. The chlorine smell and taste was unbearable, and still annoying noticeable through the fridge filter. The deposits of white and pink powder left over by dried water in the sinks, toilets and shower was a constant struggle. I wanted to get some type of filter system for a few years. I called 3 of the big companies and there prices were ridiculous and the salesmen were creeps. Thankfully I found the Softner Guy. He was less than half the price. He was very informative and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I was convinced I needed a reverse osmosis. The Softner Guy actually talked me out of it. Said it wouldn’t be necessary and I still wanted it he could install it later. So I signed up for the water softener and the carbon filter. The guys did a fantastic job with the install. He took every step to make it look clean and took a lot of extra care. The difference in water quality is AMAZING. The glasses come out of the dish washer without any spots. The showers are soooouch better. Hair and skin feel great. Most importantly I can drink water straight out of the kitchen faucet and it’s FANTASTIC. I don’t even get water out of the fridge filter anymore. If your on the fence, don’t be and don’t go with anyone else. These guys are top notch.

Called when I had a leaky pipe and figured out my valve on my water softening unit might be going. Took a while to get the job done because of supplier problems, but once at the house, he worked hard to fix and replace everything that was needed. Even gave me a new turn off valve , so I don’t have to go under the stairs anymore to turn the water off ( I have a well). He is extremely reasonable in his billing too.

Isaac did a fantastic job installing a new water softener system at my duplex. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He took the time to educate and fully explain the system and the entire process. The quality work and pricing makes an excellent deal. The Softener Guy came yesterday and looked over my system and did a electronic water test . That nobody has done. Have been thru all the rest of the companys. And he was the best guy that has ever been here. He checked over system and was very honest about what to do. I would ditch the other companys and use him. Very honest and is very experienced at what he does..

Isaac came out a few months ago when I was exploring a system for my girlfriend’s place. After testing the well water he left a brochure with what we needed to treat the water and the cost of the equipment, labor and tax. We did our due diligence and checked out a few other companies. During the time since I first met with him I called him a few times with questions about different options and he was very professional and patient never once making me feel like I was bothering him. We ultimately circled back and made the decision to have him install exactly what he said would work best for our issues, he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He recommended an AIO system to treat the well water and gave me an option to either rebed the old softener or replace with a new one, we opted for the new one. I drank a full glass of water right out of the same tap that I couldn’t even stand to rinse my mouth with after brushing my teeth prior to the new equipment being installed. He and Chuck arrived promptly today as scheduled, explained, and communicated everything from start to finish. A job well done by the Softener Guy, we highly recommend this company to serve anyone with water issues. The new system looks great! The Professional workmanship and clean job was the only thing left behind. Thanks again guys!!!

We just had our system installed and they were quick and clean. Best price around and quality work using copper instead of pex. Do not pay extra by going with the big companies. We got estimates from many and so glad we picked The Water Softener Guy.

I'm adding to a prior review from a year ago. I called the softener guy again when i began having difficulty with my water leaving my hair looking and feeling badly. Isaac came out the same day to test my water and discovered that my hot water for some reason was running a little hard. He asked me some clarifying questions, looked over my current softener system, and recommended a resin tank replacement at a very fair price. When he came out for install, he once again looked over the system, and adjusted my water pressure, something i had also been struggling with but didn't know could be changed.Fast forward a couple weeks later, my issue is completely resolved. My water feels softer than it ever had before, my water pressure almost feels like i have city water (i have a well), there's no spots on my dishes, no residue in my toilets, and best of all, my hair is completely back to normal! Cannot say thank you enough to the softener guy!!

We just had a new softener system installed from this company. My husband was around for the installation and was impressed with how well the install went and was very pleased with how he set everything up in our tiny pump room. This is an extremely professional company and they were great at helping us select the proper system for our needs. Our old system was from a big name company which cost us dearly. The unit has been acting up the last few years, and we kept throwing away money on repairs that sometimes worked. We were fed up and ready to try something different. Had a new water softener installed today. Feb. 9. Customer service is wonderful. Isaac explained everything in detail of what he would do. He is knowledgeable. Installation went well. Terrific clean up. Isaac went over all I needed to know after he left. 5 year guarantee on parts. 3 year guarantee if service is needed. Excellent customer service from the start going over and testing the water several times, to the installation of the softener and going over the system and guarantees . I would recommend to use him.

After calling "The Softener Guy LLC" about our bad smelling and tasting well water, Isaac came to our home, tested the water, and suggested the AIO system to solve our water issues. He came back to our home two days later with our new AIO system and in about two hours he had the old Culligan system removed and the new system installed and running. Instantly the odor and taste were gone. Thanks Isaac. Great Job! Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If you have water issues don't hesitate to call him. You will not be disappointed!

Issac came out to do an estimate and install a new system on my older home to replace an existing old system. Was super nice and affordable, the 3 year labor warranty he offers is incredible. Truly knowledgeable in his craft and does a great job of explaining everything for ease of use! I would recommend him to anyone!
