Well, The Staff comes off very friendly at first, helpful and it was said well get you taken care of quickly. Wrong, I asked not to be called a certain day they did anyway. Never followed thru with my order. I was told the item was covered. Then asking for a different script, never asked me any questions to fit me with a brace properly. Then I get a message after two days of calling, well I don’t think we can help you, after 2 weeks. Well we need to notify your doctor, okay you don’t have permission to do so. I talked to their call center, which finds the medical places. That wasn’t the Doctor. The Staff Come off Sweet and Caring and in the end, NOT!
