I went to this branch on 4/19/23. There was a counter worker that was tied up with a customer that was very evident it was going to take a long time. That was no problem. The drive up person finished her customer and evidently doesn't wait on anyone else because she and another employee stool there and chatted. No one acknowledged me. I thought it was very rude that no one said anything like maybe "Be with you shortly". Totally ignored me. I'll never go to this branch again!

DON'T use this ATM. The machines always broke and the card gets stuck giving it back then it won't give your money either.

Banked at this branch 7 years, have small business accounts there too. Managers (especially Tricia Stillion) have gone out of their way to help with business banking. Tellers are always friendly and helpful

New to the area but have had a long relationship with Huntington. I needed to deposit a check and knew this branch existed so I looked it up online. Saw they closed at 400pm, which surprised me. Saw the low rating and had to go there to see for myself.Two tellers were helping customers acting ‘extra’ and were handling them in the most professional way as I waited my turn.After a few minutes, a third teller came in from lunch and helped me. They were unable to deposit my check that was made out the same as other checks I’ve cashed and deposited at other branches. I was very disappointed that I was unable to complete my transaction. Makes me think the other reviews are not far off. I think one of the other two tellers would have cashed it based on their interactions with the other customers they were working with.I will likely return one more time to see if this was a fluke, or if they low rating is accurate.

I went through the drive through today and when I pulled up to the window the teller had a tissue wiping her nose. She she threw the tissue away, pulled up her mask, and greeted me. I wanted to make a withdrawal and needed a withdrawal slip. She was going to send the slip out to sign after touching it with her dirty hands. I asked her if she could please sanitize her hands because I saw her wiping her nose as I pulled up and she didn’t clean her hands. I explained to her that I’m not trying to offend her but I’m in the high risk group for covid and have to be careful. She gave me a look of disgust that I’d ask that of her. She then turned to another teller and I’m not sure what she said but the other teller came to the window and waited on me. So she refused to wait on me because I asked her to sanitize her hands. She shouldn’t be wiping her nose without sanitizing them anyway, let alone during a pandemic. I’m a covid nurse and have seen first hand how deadly covid can be. It’s people like this bank teller who don’t care about others lives. I plan on calling the manager next week regarding because this is unacceptable behavior.

Worst branch in Stark County, went here yesterday to cash and deposit a check, the teller at the window ‘Jim’ was very disrespectful, and had to make it apparent that I have only been a customer of the bank for only a few months, which shouldn’t matter, then the next issue was the check wasn’t a check drawl from the bank so I would have to deposit it. I would ovoid this branch at all cost, I request my ID be sent back with the check and drive 25 minutes to another branch and had no issues. The reviews for this branch are very accurate, if I could give them no stars I would.

Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience, 3 weeks to get an auto loan and it was not even the right payoff amount, low balled. Did not deal with situation professionally. I also know others who just recently went for an RV loan who had troubles. Save yourself time and do not go to this location.

How on earth does a banks lobby close at 4pm during the week? Switching to a bank that has regular banking hours.

Worst bank in town. Will not give you more than a couple thousand dollars when making a withdrawal, call the branch and either no one answers or you wait on hold for 5 to 10 minutes then hang up out of frustration. The employees are very nice but overall its the worst bank in this area.

Recently opened new accounts at the branch in Jackson on Wales Rd. The people were very friendly and their interest rates were much better than our previous bank. We needed to return twice to get things set up the way we wanted them and returned yesterday to correct an error. My ATM card was connected to two accounts so at the ATM I had to choose which account to take money out of with only four digits of the account numbers to go by. Of course I picked the wrong account! I think that's something they should have asked me when the account was set up! Oh well, I think all is correct - now.
