They were able to accommodate us the same day, which no other vet hospital around could do. They were also incredibly sensitive and caring with the tough time we were having to go through with our elderly dog. We are so grateful for them and their hospitality.

LOVE THEM...I have had pets( and vets) all my life and have never been happier with a vet than with Dr Butera...she is wonderful..truly a caring person who takes EVERY case very seriously..she is so kind...we love her and her staff...we r blessed to have them...we will never go anywhere else

This place was exceptionally disrespectful to myself and my dog.We came in for a minor ear infection and the vet tech couldn’t even swab my dogs ear because she was worried my dog was going to bite even though he showed no signs of aggression! After asking me, who has no vet experience, to swab his ear, they finally decided to put a muzzle on him only making him more afraid of them and STILL couldn’t swab his ear because they were too afraid.THEN they said they need to sedate him and it’ll cost $830! Sedation for a minor ear swab is insane!After an hour of being there we finally packed up our things and left with still no medication for my dog AND a snood comment from the tech. As i’m leaving with my 4 year old she says “Are you really watching that little boy?”Do not bring your animals here unless you want to be humiliated or want to swab your dogs ears yourselves.

Our rescue pitty named Daisy always has the best, quickest care by the staff and Dr. Butera. They are always so friendly and really show how much they love their animal patients. Daisy is thankful for you!

Dr Butera left us with questions unanswered, feelings of dismissal, and overall disappointment in the care and customer friendliness. If you're going to go here, save yourself and go to the one in Orrville instead. It's worth the drive. We will not be returning to Elm Ridge.

We drive from Cleveland to see Dr Butera. She is the best around. She’s brilliant, easy to talk to and so compassionate. We feel so confident in her care for our furry family member

They were able to see my sick furbaby that had a seizure and treat her symptoms. She's doing better now. Very friendly and caring Doctor and staff.

The staff & doctor was so quick and amazing at getting my dog in for an emergency exam. I was hysterical and thankfully everything was ok with my fur baby! Noel even checked up on both my dogs to see how they were that Monday. Such amazing people!
