You make an appointment for 8 am when they open, they tell you to show up 15 minutes early (7:45) then don't unlock the door to allow anyone inside until 8:15. You'd think the medical field would be more cordial, however these days it feels more like a sorority house than a place of medicine.

This place just adds to my medical distrust. This is the kind of place where you have to pretty much diagnose yourself. Medical professionals don't want people googling medical advice/symptoms/treatment....but I've literally gotten more help that way. I don't like to generalize because of one or two people....but this place seems to be more concerned with saving insurance companies money, rather than the care of the individual. I also suspect that they "feed" patients to other medical professionals. I almost had an unnecessary surgery performed on my eyes. Been going there for 20 years....and it has steadily went down in professionalism, compassion, and medical ability. It's time to look for an actual medically professional doctor/clinic...who is not just good for writing prescriptions (when they do). Hopefully it's still a thing.

There are no doctors here. There are no M.D.s, D.O.s, Ph.D.s, etc. You're better off using Google, until you find a clinic with real doctors. With that said, it is all about money. Cheap labor. First it showed up in the fast food industry. Then it became popular in retail. No industry/institution is safe from capitalism.

I have been seeing Dr. Noggle for 5 years, my son and I are very happy with the service we have received. I would recommend Health ridge to others.

Very terrible since Dr Shultz and Dr Lewis is gone. The actual dr is never there. I have been given the run around from the nurse practitioners Abby and Shelby. I will be filing a complaint!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Shultz for over 30 years. He's always been a great doctor, but it's become more and more difficult to see him. Receptionists don't want to set appointments, just want you to come in and see whoever. Billing is a nightmare here. I've been repeatedly billed incorrectly and had to spend hours of my time getting it fixed, mostly because you can't get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. I've given up and moving on to a new primary doctor.

I have been going here since a child. There are some drs I wouldn’t see but there are several that are great and I've never seen a rude nurse there now the Secretarys maybe ya they had some covid restrictions but if you were sick and needed to be seen in office they did so the last comment makes no sense! They don't make you wait long there I would not go anywhere else. The only Dr I don't recommend is Dr Shultz

99 percent good, but today was horrible. Brought my 15 year old daughter in today for a physical. I was told about depression pills fir my daughter. I said I do not belive in putting kids on pills for depression, my familey does not do well on them and I seen what they do but I told this PA that my daughter and I will talk about it and talk to the school ,this PA kept on about it even when she seen it was causing stress between my daughter and I. So the PA leaves says ok. Comes back in and starts up again. My daughter gets good grades in school she's healthy a bit depressed she's a teen! I raise 2 of them already. Do not want pills pushed on her

My family and I used to go here, but havn't in about 2 years. First, they said they wouldn't see sick people because of Covid. They are a doctor office. Thier job is to see sick people! I'm glad there's a Southwoods in Campbell and they see sick people. I just called today to make an appointment for my son and was told that they are no longer seeing patients in person. Wow!!! Time for my family to find a new dr office. One that actually wants business. One more thing, a few months ago I called to make an appointment because I had a rash. Was told the Dr would call me back. And if he determined I needed to be seen he would set up an app.The Dr did call me just to say the rash was probably from some type of allergic reaction to bodywash or laundry soap. He said if it didn't go away in 2 weeks to call back. Soo frustrating.... the worst part is they billed my insurance for that!!

Not capable of handling patients on strong medication I was told. And to find a different doctor that could help with it.

I have never had an issue that they didn't attend to effectively, I go a couple rounds with them, they go a couple rounds back, it's all in fun. But if it's broke, they fix it. I'd suggest them to anyone, they're attentive and professional.

I would like to know how a receptionist denies you service just because I use the va and haven't been there for a couple years. Then turns around and waits on someone else who pushed me out of the way. Rude this place is .wow

Receptionist are very rude to start with. Doctors are in and out so new doctors refuse to look at what other doctors have done for you which have worked in the past and try to come up with new things that do not work and refuse to listen to any concerns you have about your health

I wish i could give less then one star! There a kinda good kid dr. But horrible adult dr they like to misdiagnose people all the time! A few family members of mine have been going to them for years and its caused them to think they have multiple things wrong with them.. Half the time there rude when you go in and see them also. Im soooooo happy my son and myself dont go to them anymore
