My experience in that store was horrible. I would like to know the name of the manager of that store because the employee there did not want to give me her name and she was very rude to me and my sister-in-law and voted us out of the store for a mistake that she himself committed

First, this store is awful. Used to be good, but last time I was in there trying to get my phone setup they kicked me out of the store without setting up my phone sim and all. Secondly, without even having signed a contract boost all but bars you from leaving their services. Their customer service is awful and unresponsive. Getting ahold of one of their agents is a miracle and almost impossible. This service is so terrible that you'd be doing yourself a favor by throwing your phone into a toilet, instead of trying to use what boost provides.

Nick is awesome I was having a problem with my phone and I’ve been to the south side store a couple of times and they didn’t want to help tried to charge me for basic customer services. I almost switched services then today I met nick he got me up and running in and out.ASK FOR NICK!

It was a horrible experience. The phone I wanted was $30+ more than was posted on the wall. Utter was just a brutal time altogether. I've been with boost for nearly 10 years but this W was nearly the last straw. I sent an email to complain and was told I had reached Boost Australia. WTH! That WAS the last straw. Checking for a better provider as we speak
