“I'm overall very pleased with my experiences with U.S. Bank in Eaton. I'm very confused and frankly frustrated by others' reviews. We were (and still are) in the middle of a pandemic! Of course the bank lobby was closed, I'd be frustrated if it wasn't! If you can't adapt to waiting in a line, go home and download the app. Use your phone to be proactive rather than complain about how inconvenient it is that people are doing their best.”
