Got a gel polish on me and my daughter (no manicure just polish) and just a polish change on our toes which we did get French… but still $160, then the tip $190. That’s insanely high priced. The people were friendly though.

Not sure about Cindy’s review. But it wasn’t dirty, there’s dust from nails, the tech was extremely efficient, they were all very friendly and did a wonderful job. I’ve gone to the same person for 26 yrs, so this was a big deal, they exceeded my expectations and I would stay with this salon if I lived here.

1. The place is disgustingly filthy.
2.The only thing the tech said to me was that he was listening to a scary book on his phone, so therefore I did too ( in Vietnamese).
3. Poor job on my nails, will not be back.

The quality for what was paid for is poor !!! The guy who did my nails took his time to do them yet still walked out with botched nails there is no apex my cuticles look shredded up they aren't flush to the cuticle and there is. Noticeable gap alongside many waves and indents in the nails and it wasn't a friendly vibe no one there said a word to anyone it was so awkward and uncomfortable

Would give zero stars if I could. I got my nails done here a week ago (full set acrylic) and they’re already lifting. I was questionable of the application process when there was an extreme amount of acrylic being applied, and then wasted, as it didn’t fit on my nails. The polish was slopped all over the sides. Overall, the whole process was terrible. And the fact that I got charged $60 for a basic set that looks this bad.

asked for square french tips and they are super uneven one nail wasn't fully covered had nails glue stuck on my cuticle nails were cut badly and it looked like I had a duck nails on one nail had paint under my finger nail and on my hand.

Asked how long said an hour waited for about 30 minutes some lady came in had her name after mine and took her back before me!! Horrible customer service!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I only went here because the place I typically go was closed. Start to finish was terrible, the male nail tech I got rushed through my nail fill. Hardly used any acrylic (one already broke due to how thin he applied ) Then toward the end I notice my right thumbnail is extremely crooked, I kinda waited to see if he would notice and fix it. I hate complaining about things so I very very nicely said "I think my thumbnail is crooked, I hate to ask but could you fix it? It was probably my fault maybe I held it a certain way that caused it". Mind you by this point he was already almost finished. Said nail, was already painted. He got extremely rude and defensive and said "Oh I know it's not my fault, it was yours. I'm the professional your not. Then proceeded to tell me my thumbnails are deformed. I have been going to Regal for 4 years which is pretty well next door to this place and have never, ever had such an experience. As I was walking out he was also writing something on my debit slip, unsure if he was writing in a higher tip (which he didn't deserve the $5 I even left him) but he was watching me like a hawk and I already felt so uncomfortable. I'll be watching my account, but in conclusion... avoid this place like the plague!!!

Absolutely will not go here again. Was treated with disrespect to get 1 nail fixed. Told me not to break a nail again because he wouldnt fix an outsiders nail. Umm excuse me, im a paying customer! They should be reported!

BEWARE OF PRICING!!! me and my daughter were there 7/13/23..we asked for the $40 spa/pedicure which included polish..the guy who did my daughters was Pedi was getting a little touchy feely with rubbing her feet and calves..asking her if she was married which she replied yes! After our Pedi's were finished I was hit with a bill for both of us $128.00..i asked why bill was so high n she said because we got gel polish..I said if I would have known it was $20 each extra I would of got polish that would fall under the Pedi for $40. They have no pricing listed for nail service and only a card for Pedi which we picked one but was charged extra without a word..probably won't be back..looks like we're not the only ones not happy.

Disappointed and frustrated. You can't ever expect any service to be exactly what you want or to be up to your standards. This is why I communicated before my service even started that 1) I prefer gentle filing and have thin nails 2) wanted my cuticles/ skin around nails cleaned up. I got rough, uneven, fast filing and I was sent away with my cuticles/skin looking like I was due for a manicure. Any time I asked for a nail to be filed a different shape or fixed (because they were uneven), I was met with attitude. I tried to communicate with the nail tech throughout my service to ensure I left happy, however I was ignored and sent away with poorly shaped, unsightly, and messy polished nails.
