If you're lucky enough to get Valerie to help you, you'll get quality customer service; otherwise, the Tellers know little and I just wasted 20 minutes sitting and listening to conversations about men issues while waiting for help. Like my time means nothing..and I was the ONLY customer in there!

Wesbanco is not a good bank for people who struggle financially. We have been struggling lately and some bills came out automatically which put us in the negative. They charged us for each transaction that went negative and took $350 in overdraft fees. We now don’t have enough money for our bills or food. When we called they said that they wouldn’t be refunding us any of the fees. We don’t know what to do know since we can’t pay our house bill, electric, water and gas. We only have $500 now so we can only pay or gas and electric with almost nothing leftover.

just leaving the place the lady is yelling through the microphone at me, Because she's frustrated she can't tell me What month I owe late fee for... Not to mention it took us 25 minutes just To make a payment on my loan....
