So I would like to commend your company for their lack of professionalism and their ability to take a minor situation and make it gigantic. I would also like to thank them for not waiting to contact me or my landlord to solve this issue but instead dump trash out of my containers all over my lawn and place them next to my neighbors house because you claimed I didn’t have an account- meaning I stole the containers. They show up regularly and when I have extra trash, cheerfully agree to pick it up. (Sure it costs a bit extra, but that seems fair.) We did a huge basement clean out this weekend and this morning all the evidence (as in dozens of bags at the curb, plus assorted other things) was neatly gone. Thanks, Secrest people!

Easy drive threw or walk in store. Does collect garbage for the neighborhood. You drop off. Located in a part of town where there really is nothing so it helps the residence around

There trash service isn't very organized.I started a new service and it was mad.I paid to start, then I got a bill the next month,they wanted 70 turn back on by the end of December.It was ridiculous. And there's only one person that takes care of everything.I have paper proof.

This week Secrest Disposal failed to do their job of picking up my trash, and this is not the first time this has occurred. When I called them concerning this issue they accused me of not putting the trash out. The lady at Secrest insinuated that I was a liar and spoke to me in a manner not befitting of a loyal customer of many years, not even considering that the driver of the garbage truck may be at fault. I swear on the Bible (which I consider to be the word of God) that I put eight large bags of trash in the proper place at the top of my driveway at around 11:00 PM the night before trash day. They could not have been overlooked without extreme negligence on their part. After being forced to fire Secrest, I had to drive back up my long driveway, reload the trash back into my car, and store it in my garage until I could hire a new company to remove it. Some of the bags contained frozen fish parts which unthawed and leaked out onto my garage floor causing me frustration and time in clean- up. I write this review with the hope of helping others to avoid the same mistake that I made... choosing Secrest Disposal as my trash removal company.

Can't do what they are supposed to do. My trash has been sitting since 12:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. When we call to ask about it... no one that can help is ever available. Oh! Bill isn't late either.
