Units are in gated area. Unit was clean and easy to access. Lock dispenser was out of order for at least 3 days. Had to purchase lock at Walmart for more money. Online rental was easy and the discount was nice.

I recently bought a storage unit at this place and I have to call customer service every day because their computer isn’t updating new customer key codes. When I called them they told me that they haven’t fixed it yet because maintenance is working on the outdoor lighting. I don’t understand how you can take priority over some outdoor lights instead of your customers getting in and out but whatever. If I knew I was gonna have to deal with this hassle, I wouldn’t have bought a storage unit at this business.

I LOVE your storage facility in Cambridge Ohio. I feel safe using it and have never had any problems.Recently you increased your rates……… it DOUBLED my bill. This saddens me. I thought I would use your facility for the foreseeable long term. When I am able to move my own things into my house I will search for something cheaper. I have no basement for storage.I would be very greatful if you would re-examine your rates. Doubled rates are a bit over the top for me.Thank you, keep up the good work with your facility.Heather Lucas

I have nothing negative to say, it's safe, it's secure, it's paved, it's no worries of flooding. The gate at time's gives me fits, either locks me out at certain hour's or dosen't seem to want to open at all. Maybe just some scheduled maintenance would take care of that, but all and all, a very nice Storage Unit

I have paid my bill faithfully, on time, in full, each month but this month, due to being indisposed medically, I was hit with a late fee that took my payment from $85.00 to $110.00.

This company bought out one of our local storage facilities. We were sent a notice in the mail stating the transition and that we would be contacted directly, regarding operations and accounting. We never received anything in the mail or by phone. We assumed our automatic payment would still happen. One month after receiving the letter regarding the buy-out, my husband received a text message saying we would are locked out of the facility and cannot access our unit because we haven't paid! We have tried calling numerous times and no one ever answers the phone. This is a joke and I would never recommend this place to anyone!
