Staff there is all pretty knowledge to the basic necessity of ur whip. Now sometimes you may get the part number, but they happily exchange it. Prices on some parts are freaking insane especially if you have a jeep like us 10/10

Don’t use your credit card here! I walk in order an alternator and the guy had me pay for the part and then he brings out a starter and then he had me return it stating that he would put the money back on my card and it would be put back on my card immediately, so I take his word for it put my card in the machine get my receipt I walk over to AutoZone to buy my alternator, put my card in the machine and it turns out that they didn’t put my money back on my card so I call my card holder and they tell me that I will have to dispute the transaction because it went through and that there’s nothing they can do so I called O’Reilly’s back and I ask them if they can help me get my refund back and tell him that I need the six digit authorization code so that they can give me my money back and tell them that I need to talk to their manager. The manager gets on the phone and tells me that he’s not able to help me that he’ll have to call his manager so I call back and ask him if his manager is ever going to call me back, a couple hours later and the guy tells me I’ll just have to call the law that there’s nothing he can do and hangs up . They took my money and refused to refund me my money when it was the persons fault for giving me the wrong part but ya there’s nothing they can do to refund you ! You just have to wait until the transaction is disputed.

Don't use your credit card here! I asked for an alternator I paid for it and the guy brought out a starter and then he refunded me my money back to my card supposedly because it wasn't an alternator it was a starter then I try to go to AutoZone to get an alternator and my money wasn't on my card and the guy in their store informed me that they would put the money on my card immediately so I call my card holder and they told me that the transaction went through and there's nothing they can do about it without the authorization number and that I'll just have to dispute the transaction so I called O'Reilly and they told me that the transaction was voided and there was nothing they could do and hung up! Don't use your credit cards here unless you want them to take your money until it gets disputed because there not capable of giving your money back to you without you disputing it!

Always have the part you need..there sometime 's a bit pricey but nice clean and was always treated a lot better then the other 2 on that rd.

Unbelievable wait 15 mins to be waited on. I was told by some guys take car there get 2 qts transmission fluid they will put it in for you. Well 2 qts basic trans fluid cost me over 23 bucks!!! I had almost insist that it be put in for me. I am over 60 so help a lady out. It's not recommended

Wouldn't serve me cause I work at another parts store ....so I had to pay 300 bucks to have my vehicle towed home I will be making a call to my lawyer and there will be a investigation hope it was worth it
