Anyone needing tech services please check out Ohio PC Solutions! They couldn't be more helpful or honest! I went there expecting to pay $350 for a screen replacement on a phone I didn't even want to keep but because I broke my screen and couldn't log in to access any apps to transfer the data I had to replace the screen or I would lose everything....so I thought! Luckily PC Solutions used a mouse to enter my code to log in and did the entire transfer to my new phone right there. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort and truly could have let me replace the screen for $350 and made money...and I would have never known any different. They transfered all of my content pics, messages, contacts, etc. I am forever thankful we have this little business in our town!

I always come here for my phone repair needs and they never disappoint. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be back again for any laptop/phone repair needs. I 100% recommend them if you're in the area!

Rick fixed our printer and all the bugs in our computer system! The thousand wires we had running everywhere; he is going to fix as well! Estimated how much it would cost to fix everything! Price is fair! I’d give them an A+. Thanks for helping with the hackers!

100 percent satisfied with the great work Max Spencer did to fix my broken galaxy note 20 ultra. Up front with cost and very informative of what all needed done to fix the device. Great place and I highly recommend if you need any phone, tablet, or computer worked on go see this company.

The individuals at this establishment are arrogant and self righteous. They have completely forgotten (if they ever cared to know) how much communication and politeness matters. The individual who helped me was so condescending that when I was attempting to explain the issue his attitude was as though what I said didn't matter at all. He actually snickered a couple times like my explanation was worthless and his attitude was generally dismissive as though my knowledge of the laptop that I own was immaterial. It reminded me of a skit from Saturday night live. Your company's IT guy. I guess it's because they are regrettably the only game in town. My suggestion is drive somewhere else if you have the means to do so.

I would like to start off by saying that I am not someone who usually leaves or willing to take the time to write a review good or bad. I have previously had a good experience at this place. Most recently has been horrible and I do not feel they have been honest with me.I took my I Phone in for a new screen. They replaced the screen and charged me close to $300 for a screen that was defective.I then returned with the phone and they swapped the screen out with another one. When I picked it up they were arguing on who was going to talk to me in the back. The one that decided to talk to me, told me that there was an issue with apple and aftermarket screens and that now my Face ID will not work and there is nothing they could do. They swapped the screen for no charge.I then returned two weeks later after doing some research on the issue I am still having with my iPhone (still having intermittent screen sensitivity issues and Face ID not working). Apple has released a statement over a year ago saying that they do not block Face ID if a screen is changed but it is easy to damage the internal parts when changing a screen to cause damage or not follow the proper steps. After researching how tedious of a process it is to change an internal chip that controls the true tone, I'm not sure this place could even accomplish something like this.It is my own fault for not carrying insurance on the phone and relying on a place like this to do my repairs. As previously stated they have always done good work for me in the past and I have recommend them to many people. I will not be back or recommend them after this experience.Respectfully,
