After days of research and dozens of websites and everybody and their brother trying to sell you a shipping container and dozens of red flags, I was extremely fortunate to run across Sue at Lock A Box. Sue is extremely knowledgeable on everything related to shipping containers and she was more than willing to share her knowledge with me. She is a true professional and a super nice lady.
If you want to touch the shipping container that you're going to buy and eliminate that uneasy feeling you get by dealing with the unknown. Do yourself a favor and work with the true professionals at lock a box. She kept me informed every step of the way. Wonderful experience, they gave us two units close to each other and were extremely easy to work with. The containers seal up great, no water, rodents, or insects can get in!

Very reasonable on the price and everything went as smoothly as to be expected. We all coordinated well together. The Driver was very kind and courteous. However, watch out for that lady that's always tailing him. :)

Fair price, excellent service. They were patient with this shipping container newbie, answering all my questions and helping get it placed correctly on my farm. With constructions costs so high this was a great alternative to getting the storage I needed before winter.

Great customer service. We considered both buying and renting a storage container for a long term, one to two year, project. They were very helpful in helping us with our concerns and options. When we made our decision, they were very quick and efficient in getting the solution delivered and setup on our site. As we progress through the stages of our project, we will most likely need a second, companion box and look forward to having them as our supplier.

This place is a scam I paid on time a month ahead for for 6 months then I moved out of the unit cleaned it cleaned it mopped it took pictures and then I called when my day was up and asked for my security deposit and they told me I could not have it back due to not notifying them that I was going to leave the unit I asked her if I paid ahead every month since I've been in it wouldn't the 30 days that I didn't pay ahead be the notice

I couldn't speak more highly about a business in this area. I have purchased a unit from them and rent a unit from them. Kevin and Sue are outstanding people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lock A Box, great service. They are the most friendly people you want to meet.They work with your schedule and they keep in touch with you. I apologize to Kevin for the tight area he had to work with to drop the box and Sue thank you for calling me up day after and tell me about the water washing inside the box.
