IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
Purchased 4 new tires with them.. a week later tire pressure light came on. I had ran over something sharp. So I called In, he said he could put a brand new tire on for me for the same price I had already paid.
So i went back there.. the salesman wasn't in. He had left for the day.
The gentleman at the counter asked if I had purchased the roadside warranty. I said no?? I was never offered that??
So I was never offered a warranty that would have covered anything happening to my tires. so I had to pay full price bc the salesman didn't do his job.
THEN a few days later my tire pressure light comes back on. I checked the tires everything seemed okay.
The next morning I was driving on the interstate & my car started acting funny. So I take it to a nearby shop for them to take a look at it.
IT HAD NO OIL IN IT. Not a single drop.
mind you, the salesman that sold me my tires told me they changed my oil, checked all my fluids, that everything was good to go.
So I was driving with not a single drop of oil in my car & may have blown it up.
* Also I'd like to add that I have another flat tire.. not the one that was replaced either.
They sell you junk tires & don't offer a warranty so you will come & spend more money!!

Did a great job. I came in 30 min before closing on a Saturday and they were still able to get me in and out quick.

Ken Stover (Red) is an angel and one of the kindest strangers I’ve ever run across. I had car problems on my way from Washington DC to Indianapolis, Indiana on a Saturday. While stranded at a gas station, I called him in a panic, several times, trying to secure a tow truck to take me to his shop. He patiently gave me several names, tried to fix my car at no charge, and waited with my 14-year-old dog and me 2.5 hours after closing so we would not be left in the over 90-degree heat while waiting for a tow truck to take me to the dealership over an hour away. The tow truck never came, and he called in a favor from a local tow truck driver and waited even longer, until someone he trusted rescued me. I am forever in his debt and recommend this company to everyone in need!

Was in a pinch and Ken was super helpful and accommodating. The staff worked really fast on it. If you ever need help, I highly recommend this place

I came here awhile back to get a alignment done and all of a sudden after an hour I need new tie rods cause they're seized so they were gonna charge me $1200 after I said I found tie rods on Amazon for $100 the guy said " This is why I hate working on jeeps can't ever find the right part " and walked away from me. I was always told to never come here if you were a female cause they OVER price you. Didn't believe them till now. Went to buckeye tire and lo and behold my tie rods weren't seized, and alignment done . May I also add my friend got new tires from here not to long ago and one tire came off on him ON THE HIGHWAY from the sounds of it they won't take care of it. He needs a new fender, wheel baring and all kind of stuff Won't take accountability for their mistake. Telling him to bring the car in. Like how? It only has one lug nut on it the rest BROKE OFF. So long story don't come here if your a female or for tires .

Got 4 new tires and had them installed on my 2023 F-250 and the guy breaks both front wheel center caps. Said they were brittle…. Iv got less then 23k miles on them.. Now I have to go buy new caps, not the kinda service I’d hope for. Also I must add them 4 tires were never balanced so after getting to my next job site I had to pay 180 more for someone else to balance them as the truck would shake after hitting 45 mph. Center caps 130. So 310 just for there mistakes. Won’t be going back here

Had a low tire in the way home from Kentucky to Pennsylvania. Stopped in Cambridge, OH for gas and found this tire place. They looked at my car immediately and found a bolt in my tire. Fixed it within 15 minutes for a very reasonable rate. Wish I could find a place like that close to home.

This place has always treated My family and I with respect. Straight forward with costs and services. Once in a blue moon mechanics are slow moving but everyone has an off day. I highly recommend them to everyone for all services on their vehicle.

I bought new tires earlier this year and was told I would have free oil changes for the life of the tires. Nothing said about purchasing a tire rotation to get a free oil change. $60 for an oil change is way too much...
