They are trustworthy and go above and beyond to help stranded travelers, including securing tow truck assistance. While very occasionally service may be slow, the overall experience is amazing. We've went to Ford Tire and Service to have tires repaired..always fast friendly service... We went back for a full set of new tires for my Chevy Cruze and they were very good with us..even offered us their payment which we took advantage of..thank u Ford Tire for your friendly smiling face and great service..
