One star because I can't go any lower took our 2009 chevy silverado in for the air bag recall less than a week latter the service air bag light came on now they whant $130 to diagnose the air bag light. Owned the truck for 7 years aint ever had a problem till they touched it.

Had my car for three months for front end damage. Fender doesn’t line up right, headlights are foggy, rust stain on the hood from sitting under a Rusty drain spout. Worst overall experience I’ve had from a dealership.

Truck was there for insurance claim. They did the estimate and all was good. Communication is the worst I've ever experienced. They had my vehicle for a month when it should have taken them a week. I received two phone calls from them the first two weeks. Then crickets. Nothing. They lost my business.

I have a signed purchase agreement for a truck they could not deliver they did not even have legal right to sell it to me at the time they sold it!I spoke with the owner himself we discussed options he informed me to do what I have to do meaning sue him if I needed to.He told me he did not have enough money in the dealership could not afford to make the repair and stand by their word.
