It was an experience let me tell you.. terrible the guy acted scared to death he didn't have any phone in there I wanted so I chose the galaxy A23 well guess what he told me ok as if he had them proceeded to activate a different phone one that I did not want at all and when I noticed he tells me oh our store had been robbed and this is all I have now come on that should have been the first thing you said I could have gone else where just Terrible

A wonderful woman named Jasmine was working today, she was very nice and easy to talk to. Although I wasn't buying anything at the moment she was happy to talk to me and answer all my questions. Come to find out she just started working there the other day, I couldn't believe it! She was as knowledgeable as any tech I'd ever dealt with and explained things so that they seemed easy to me after! A+

I had to get a replacement receipt to get a new warranty phone through The Apple store and Shaun at the Henrietta store was a great help and very knowledgeable and friendly as he was once again later in the day when I had to come back after having issues activating it because of a switched over Sim card (done by the Apple store tech)..he stayed late as we had gotten there right before closing and provided excellent customer service. Outstanding experience with this employee at the Marketplace Mall location. Solved all of my issues and was extremely courteous and professional.

Shaun at the greece location was awesome !! I personally didn't mind the carrier I was with but I switched because of the service me and my wife got from Shaun.. Boost you guys got a great employee. Anyone looking for a phone I will make sure to send over to Shaun
