Needed an alignment done got it done and they wasn't able to get it perfect witch is a first for me considering durbin tire is always spot on. They're also a little too slow when I pulled in the rack was empty and after 45 minutes of waiting I walked out to check if they had another car on the rack and it was still empty after they got it on the rack we waited another hour even tho it shouldn't take long to do considering it had new inner and outer tie rod ends on it and had an alignment done around a month before I took it to them friendly people for the most part but overall was not impressed and will stick to durbin tire for now on

If you have ever heard the phrase, you get what you pay for, then know that while you will pay a little more to get auto work done here, the quality is excellent. This isn't your buddy that is a shade tree mechanic type place.
The people here are courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do.
They called me multiple times throughout the process to update me on what was wrong, what needed fixed, and the price. Their technicians kept detailed notes.
I highly recommend this place, based on the quality of work and the customer service. Quality this good does not come without expense, and they are good about keeping you updated the entire time!

We came to Top Tech with an A/C problem and they were able to fix it quick and got us back on the road on a hot day! Terrific experience and wonderful people!!

Everyone at Cambridge Top Tech was so helpful and compassionate. We were traveling from out of state when my car broke down. They were very busy but they made time to help us when we were stranded. They got my car up and running and got us on our way.

The lady was awesome. She could see I was struggling so she figured out how to stop my caliper from sticking instead of charging me for a brand new one. The customer service and quality is second to none

When I was traveling to Pennsylvania my truck engine light came on. I called Woodlawn to see if they could service my vehicle. The lady answering the phone was so nice and she got me right in. I was back on the road within two hours. I highly recommend this place.
