“While traveling from MD to CO, we had car trouble and pulled into the parking lot across from Auto Zone. No mechanics were open on Saturday, but Trace from AutoZone helped us out tremendously. He brought over a battery so we could drive across to the store. Then, he tested it and the alternator so we could figure out the problem. He loaned us tools and we installed a new alternator. We were on our way in 90 minutes thanks to his kindness and willingness to help. Much appreciated!!”
