Took dog to clinic because she was limping. Staff said she needed x-rays. We informed staff member she did nothing to break foot. "Since and why did a staff member give medical advice ". Dr came in and looked at dog and said it look like lime disease. And suggested we do blood test for lime disease and xray to confirm it was not broken. We inform her to do only necessary and reiterated that dog did NOTHING to break foot. Took dog back and did xray and lime test and came back and said it positive for lime no broken foot. " which we knew and reiterated twice she did NOTHING to break it." So the x ray was not nessary at all as she had done nothing to break it, my husband left a one star review hoping that they would rectify the situation by preforming a service e that wasn't needed and chasing us for it and it was money we already didn't have instead they have chosen to never to allow us to bring our pets there again and I feel this is very wrong so I am. NOw leaving a one star review as well

The quick thinking and fast action of the staff saved my cat's life. They loved and cared for him for several days until he was well enough to come home. The after hours care they offer is wonderful and provides peace of mind.

I have recently changed vet services. I feel that the vet themselves are excellent but trying to schedule an appointment is extremely frustrating. A routine appointment seems to be ok but try to get in when your pet has a problem you are concerned about and need to have a vet see your pet, is impossible. I have been rudely told several times that they are booked and to call an emergency center. My one pet was in critical condition and they refused to give me an appointment and I had to take him to another vet where he passed away a few days later. I did talk with Dr. E. and explained how upset I was but I stillI wanted to stay with them but I wanted assured that when I called about my other elderly pet , that I would be able to get through to her. She had said to ask for her directly and she would call me back and also said she would talk with her staff. So the last time I called with a concern about my elderly pet and was rudely told they were booked and I asked to have Dr. E. call me back and she never did call. So I am certain she was never given that message. So I quit and have started going to another vet. If you want to be seen right away they will squeeze you in and you will be seen. Their office is congested and filled with owners and pets and you may wait awhile but you have the piece of mind that they care and will see you right away for a problem. Sorry for this long post but I have stewed over this for a long time. My niece has recently stopped going to the Animal Clinic for this very same problem. So it continues to be one of their biggest faults. The staff person that is the worst is a young rude girl with initial H.

Tried to get an appointment for my poor puppy, who was having a terrible time with allergies. Unfortunately, this veterinarian is not accepting any new patients.

We have taken our pets to Animal Clinic at Cambridge for years. They have that close to home small town first name feel and have an emergency vet on call for after hour call emergencies. You don't have to figure out who to call if it is after hours ..you just call the animal clinic and it send u to the on call after hours vet! ?

Excellent service for Cookie (dog). Dr. Elliott took time to analyze and prescribe meds for her allergy. Sitting in the car tone invited in is a little uncomfortable but no worse than a waiting room.

I'm sure they're nice if you're already associated with them, but I wouldn't really call it a "clinic." I tried getting my cat in before he died and I was told because he wasn't already established there wasn't anything they could do for me and just given a phone number to some other place hours away.

When it came time for my Yorkie poo to move on. The staff and everyone there were very polite, kind, and very thoughtful of our situation. They helped in anyway they could to make the situation easier. Thank you!

I called 2 days in a row telling them that my female dog is in labor and past due. The morning we took her in they said they can check the progesterone level to see where she is at and maybe I am off on my dates. I knew I wasn’t for I have been a breeder for 3 yrs now and I am always accurate and I control and monitor my breeding dates very carefully. My husband took her in and they did the test just to look at him and say “she is in labor now, you can either take her home to deliver or we can cut her open”. I took her there to have the professionals give me their advice and to see if my girl is in distress and maybe what SHE needs to help her along. They charged us for information that I already knew!!! And the compassion of terminology of “cut open” is extremely upsetting vs maybe explaining what that process may look like. I will never bring any of my pets to this vet again! Take your pets to Muskingum Valley or Guernsey vet!!

They have a very poor way of doing business, we took a perfectly healthy cat there to get spaded, unfortunately a day later the cat died and when pressed for answers, they didn't wanna take any responsibility nor pay a refund....\nI'm just not very happy about there business approach

Waited a bit longer than usual this day, but the care was top notch as always. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and caring for the pet.
