On a trip to the Ohio River on a Friday afternoon, my truck broke down on 77S. I googled shops near me, and Rob's Service Center came up. I called and asked if he could tow me in. He said yes. After talking and securing a ride for rest of my trip, I asked Rob if he could repair truck. He told me he could have it done the following Monday. i gave him permission to fix and call me when done. Monday afternoon, i was told to come pick up my truck. I showed up, paid my bill and thanked the Man for the way he treated me and my truck. I was treated with the utmost Professionalism. Thank you Rob and your staff.

We broke down on I77. Rob came with a tow truck IMMEDIATELY! He looked at our truck and fixed it right away. SUPERB service. Highly recommend!! Thank you for being so responsive and helpful!!!!!

I went for an oil change because it has become impossible to get into Walmart without waiting a few hours to get your car back. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs again! They were very kind, and so fast! Twenty minutes and I was on my way. And they're prices are reasonable! Thank you so much!

Oh my gosh talk about catering to your customers. A+..Robs has clean with a nice place to sit. Inside and out..and TV..it was worth the hour and half drive..to go someplace that knew what they where doing..and not just out for the money..Thank You ..i see now why they where highly recommend..
