This is a small store so it's limited regarding hot meals, spacious showers, restroom sizes and the alike. The staff is amazing, very helpful, and Hardee's is always on point. Actually one of my favorite locations.

I’m in trucking business I was running from Ohio to Nc . I was swing my truck to this pilot to get some energy drink and water , I was inline waiting the cashier , other customer came and cut the line and buy fuel while I’m waiting so long inline , I asked the cashier she is young white girl why you did that? you knew I was here waiting I’m a customer too?? She said I don’t know ! I talked the who called herself manager and complained she said I’m compensating you for free food next time ,hey I need respect and teach your worker how to treat customers equally and work ethics ! I spent over a million $$ at pilot all my fleet get fuel from them and Iike their organic coffee.Hey my fellow black driver I think racism is still existing, think twice before you swing to this store !

Top notch service even directed us to best motel north west Virginia motel 6 Williamstown WV wow what a cheap rate i did not think motels still existed well there is one left Ienjoy my vacations to West Virginia everyone so helpful with good accurate Info thanks for everything pilot keep trucking

Visited on a busy Sunday morning for gas and coffee. The parking area is very tight and congested, but it was worth the stop. Store was extremely clean. Bathrooms were spotless, appeared to be newly updated, and had hot water!! Also offered a Gojo handsoap dispenser with heavy duty soap to remove grease and grime from hands in addition to everyday handsoap dispenser. The coffee and tea choices were many along with numerous choices of sugars and creams. Cappuccino was available too. Clean, organized area. There is an Arbys attached to the Pilot store.

Super friendly folks working and the subway is open 24/7 which is a god send for nighttime drivers/travelers and the bonus of actually good subway is huge! Late night and great eats, clean bathrooms and nice people! I call that a Trifecta traveler stop!

Stayed overnight in my car cause I was going North 76 to Akron and my headlights and brights went totally out. Called State patrol and was informed to drive using my brights when able to the next exit. I did that and was very scared. Daylight I was able to get back on my way to Akron. Lady on phone was very nice and calm. Understanding my fear. Thank you for your service.White Nissan Lady.
