Poor management Manger make his employees 6 days week only 4 to 6 hours less 34 hours week because he to worried about cover hours for his because Manger lose money on his end and if ur employe leave company the company refuse to pay out your pto that earn for work u put into the company

Spoke to someone today 4-4-23. 3:15 Can't recall his name.Not very customer friendly over the phone. Was only getting price on brake pad and rotors. Pretty simple task. Gave me prices like it was a bother to him. I said thanks appreciate it and he just hung up. I don't normally leave reviews but this guy being like that made me not even want to go there to get the parts. I'll take my business elsewhere. Lisbon O'Reillys has good people that work there.

I went in looking for a part and was greeted into the store kindly, however once I made it to their service desk and asked for the part I was looking for I was told to hold on as the worker pulled out his phone put in an earbud and continued to pause me as he picked up his phone to answer a call from his "wifey❤?" and then proceeded to ask me what I needed very unprofessional oreilys is my go to parts store however with this type of disrespectful customer service I'll think twice before returning.
