I have not used them for any sort of Tax Service nor would I ....I don't think they have the proper moral character to handle such matters as a result of my experience with Shari as the clerk of the Worthington Township.... She identified herself as the person who handles human resources for the township and I began to tell her about a private personnel issue amongst other things.... and to my surprise... and without my knowledge.... she was speaking to me in the car while she was traveling with her business partner to a business appointment her business .... Her partner is also her son Aaron and he was interested in my background I guess because after I got off the phone he began to search for Facebook for me look at my profile ....like a page that I have running.... and send me a friend request all as a result of his inside knowledge of my dealing with it Worthington Townshipin a confidential matter his mother let him listen in on..... very concerning to me that this would happen knowing the background that I know.... I wouldn't trust her for any payroll or other confidential information as she's clearly proven in her instance with me she's uncapable of that responsibility I'm very disturbed by her actions inactions and the actions and inactions of her son ...I'm not surprised to see a lot of the reviews here are just complete fake reviews not even for her business but an advertising of other people's businesses.... I don't see the business Acumen I would expect out of an accounting professional .....I definitely haven't seen any professionalism simply Petty attempts to intimidate me... is how I interpret the actions of her son and I'm not intimidated in the slightest.... I'm very compelled to share my story with other people who might be interested in engaging in business including confidential Personnel matters with this pair of people ....do so it's your own risk I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Great local business to support for your accounting needs! I've been doing my taxes with them since 2020! I have worked with Shari for 3 years and with Allen for the first time today! Both are great looking forward to coming back many more years!

I will never be trusting these people with my taxes again. Firstly, they "lost" half of the paperwork and information that I gave them in person. Secondly, I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. They originally called me when I was unavailable to confirm information. No one has responded to my voicemails. When they do answer I am told "hes out of the office right now", but when I ask who "he" is, they are unable to give me a name. At the same time, they insist that "several people" are working on it, but none of them are able to help when I call. Lastly, they insist that even though they have caused my filing to be over a month late, that I will not be pentalized because I am only recieving a return. So, they have admitted that they are holding my tax return of an amount they refuse to tell me, for an undisclosed amount of time (until he gets back). This seems illegal. I will be contacting the IRS in the mean time to see if maybe they can make Shari & Sons answer me. The fact that I am paying for them to do this MAKES ME SICK. I feel completely taken advantage of and I am very glad I use an alias so they can't retaliate.

They a reasonable price. They always call you to let you know what's going on with your taxes. If you ever have any questions you can call them and ask them and they'll be glad to help.

They are very cordial, pleasant, and professional. They prove that you do not need to go to a large city to get expert service. If you are thinking of a big franchise company, don't bother, go here and get better service at a lower cost.
