“Great place to deal with, they treat you the way they would like to be treated. Everyone is nice and polite. Great service at reasonable price. Can have my truck serviced and tires rotated for not much more then it costs me to buy the oil and filters to do it myself, plus a car wash. Have purchased 7 vehicles here over the past 25 years and no need to haggle.”

“Saved me in a pinch months ago. Let me use tools, and I changed my thermostat out back. Wouldn't have made it home without it. Wouldn't stay cool with the old one, or without one at all..Was a long morning.”
“I was traveling from Pa to Ohio, and back to Pa in the same day. On my way back home I noticed my tire pressure was low, I stopped, put air in and tried to continue on my way. Shortly after adding air, the tire pressure was low again, so I called the Walmart auto center right off the highway in Mansfield, Ohio and asked if they could get me in for a tire. This is where it gets a little shifty. The man who answered tells me that they close at 6, they only have 1 technician working and he hadn't had his second break, so they were sorry but they could not get me in. I threw a temper tantrum, saying that it was an emergency and I was told he would go ask his supervisor......,so i went in anyways. Thankfully the supervisor was a decent man who did everything he could to get me back on the road. 1 hour, 4 tires and $500 later, I was on my way back home. I'm ever so thankful for this guy understanding and going above and beyond to help me. It could have been much worse. There are still good people in the world!!”
