JJ and Shannon are great and truly care about their customers. I can't say the same about their service department, Zero integrity, service advisor Marv needs training on how to communicate with customers, the vehicle was never repaired correctly on the first appointment, things were falsely documented and I was lied to. The vehicle's issue is still not corrected even though they had the car for a week. My frustration level with them is at an all time high. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Preston has lost a customer because of it.

We are on vehicle number four working with Preston. Love the staff and the customer service Mike and Denny were great. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. If you're looking for a family friendly dealership that takes care of their customers this is the place.

I was contacted by Greg at Preston to purchase my truck. they were very nice, gave me what I wanted for it and the free donut was excellent. they even gave me a ride home. 45 min one way. Very friendly place!

Very friendly staff, I had a great experience there and enjoyed speaking with the staff. I look to do more business with them in the future. I drove nearly 3 hours to make the purchase, they gave me a fair price for my trade when everyone else low balled me on it.

I offered full price for 2015 Tacoma. Cash. They wouldn't sell it to me because I wouldn't finance it or service it there. This according to Todd and the "owner." This is a first...Oh and on their site, it's listed as "Price For Everyone." Hmmm...This review won't stop them from selling cars, but with knowledge of the industry, we all know that it will impact buyers like me.

TOM BARRETT IS AWESOME! The whole staff there was great! I had a great experience buying a car from Tom. There was no pressure and they also made us feel very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend Tom Barrett to everyone! He’s a great guy and so easy to talk to about all my concerns!

I HIGHLY recommend Preston Chevy in Burton! The people there are AMAZING. JJ More is an awesome salesmen not pushy very personable will talk to you about anything. Bill Preston.... dude where do I start with this guy? He busted his butt to make sure my wife got the vehicle she wanted. He worked tirelessly to get this deal done. Oh and yes they are open during this pandemic! There is hand sanitizer at every desk corner seating area you name it. Each sales person there cleans

10 stars I’ve bought numerous vehicles from Preston Chevy. The sales team always goes above and beyond to get us in the right vehicle to fit our needs. Adam in the service department is awesome. He always makes sure repairs are made quickly and he is very informative. I won’t ever shop anywhere else.
