ALWAYS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE here. You are treated like GOLD here with VERY friendly, courteous, helpful, respectful, and immediate assistance. Let's face it, it's kind of a dump. It's in desperate need of a remodel and deep-clean, and a new lot resurfacing. Be very careful pulling in as there are huge holes, very uneven surfaces, and the underground tank access covers are very uneven, much higher above the lot surface than they should be. The place has an indoor restroom accessed at the southwest corner of the building....the last door before going behind building. The four stars are mainly for the fantastic customer service and for being the only place beside Middlefield and Parkman open 24 hours. Prices are very high, but identical to its only direct competitor across the street, Sunoco, which IS newly remodeled and ALSO provides EXCELLENT customer service. Usually 25¢ to 35¢ per gallon higher than Middlefield.

Disgusting. Expired products, overpriced snacks/candy. There's always a layer of dust on anything you buy.. Not to mention the most recent employee or manager, blonde/yellow hair, short female, red older suv missing hubcaps, no teeth) is quite a delight! Her customer service skills are severely lacking and she should be fired. I've heard she's been fired from local stores in same area due to stealing and I don't doubt it for one second. You're better off going across the street to the other gas station that's well ran by individuals who appreciate your business.

Restroom is locked and employees do not have the key, avoid if you need to use a restroom.
