We could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding venue. What makes the venue even more special is the owners and their staff. They go above and beyond to make your day run perfectly and smoothly. I felt like our wedding was something out of a fairytale!!

Big Oak Meadows is amazing!!!! As a photographer, I've been to many, many wedding venues, and as a vendor, you really get to see the hearts of the people who work there. I would recommend Big Oak Meadows so highly for the way that they take care of their couples, and make sure everything runs smoothly and is as stress-free as possible!! Ali (their coordinator) did an incredible job getting in touch beforehand, making sure that I was kept in the loop and had as much information as I needed, and even offered a golf cart tour so that we could find the best photo spots! Though we didn't have to use them, they even had several clear umbrellas tucked away, too, in case of rain. You can tell that they really think through even the small details. :) And serve their couples with so much kindness and professionalism!!! Their venue is beautiful as well, and offered so many perfect spots for pictures! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff there for doing such a great job!!! :)

My husband and I set ourselves up for a perfect and smooth sailing wedding day the moment we decided on Big Oak Meadows as our venue. The staff at BOM sets themselves apart from other venues due to their unbelievably impressive work ethic, intentionality, and reasonableness. Noelle, Nate, and Ali (day of coordinator ) went above and beyond in making sure the day went perfectly. If you choose to hire a coordinator through the venue, you will have at least two meetings on site to go over every detail of the day. This helped us feel super comfortable and at ease, knowing exactly what to expect the day of. As cheesy as it sounds, you're not just choosing a venue when you choose BOM; you're choosing an intimate and involved collaboration with a stellar group of people who end up feeling like extended family! Truly cannot say enough positive things about Big Oak Meadows--it will always have a very special place in my heart.

Nate and Noelle were terrific to work with when scheduling our wedding and reception! The venue is beautiful and very accommodating for any type of event. Decorations, decor, and all the facilities were provided and wonderful for all who attended. Everyone really enjoyed the event and venue.
