Stopped here 9/7 around 8pm and the male cashier working was super friendly and efficient. Greeted everyone coming in, asked if he could help us find something, and was so friendly

Jon went above and beyond! So kind and enjoy seeing him anytime we come through! He’s very personable. Shakes were amazing, food was good and service was fast!

8/15 shout out to the cashier named Jon, he was so personable and welcoming. After driving for 10 hours he was so cheerful and made the stop fun for us. The recommendation for the warm nuts was great and he hooked us with some bags.
We are also traveling with our dog and there’s lots of grassy areas to walk around.

Freaking person there in the register so call manager ask my husband and I for our ID’s when the one buying beer was my husband not me . Never see this before in another place that they require both of us ID’s . Ridiculous to the extreme . So if you buying beer go by yourself don’t go with a group cause the whole group will have to show ID.

I came here today to put $40 dollars of gas
And it only went up by one quarter two old register grandmas one of them was the manager were blaming it on my car IT WAS NOT MY CAR everything is new on my car
Soon as we walked in the gas truck came what a coincidence! $40 bucks for 1/4 of gas! Bad management

We stopped at this location on our way through on vaction. We went inside an purchased 4 drinks, 5 hr energy an a can of chew
Came out to $17.89 I handed the cashier a $50
She handed me back $2 an some
Change. With no receipt
I didn’t realize it till further down the road when we stopped for lunch.
I know what I had on me for cash as we brought a set limit.
I called once I knew what happened talk with a manager.
She pulled the drawer, checked the camera and swears up and down it was a $20.
Definitely not it was a $50 so they shorted me $30 a pocketed it lol. ?
Like whatever they must need it more than we do!

This is the dirtiest sheetz I've been too. Inside the store was just dirty and had a funky smell. The kitchen area didn't look very clean either. But the bathrooms were terrible! No soap, NO paper towels, the left sink wouldn't even work. The urinals were nasty, piss all over the floor and smelled horrendous

I love this store. But not after today. My husband and son were there this morning on the way to work. My husband needed cigarettes and they wouldn’t sell them because my kid was there. My teenage son should NOT matter. If that’s the case, shouldn’t NOBODY be able to buy them if there is any child in proximity. My family hits this sheetz at least two/three times daily. Not anymore. What a joke!!!!

First time visiting Sheetz! I absolutely loved it!! So so so many things you can buy! The milkshakes are INCREDIBLE! They sre so tasty I wanted to turn around and get another. Everything is fairly priced considering it is a gas station. This location was very clean and well stocked!
