Showers are dirty and need maintenance. Truckers lounge sucks. Truck parking is tight. Convenience store is decent and they have a Wendy's.

I can not climb the stairs from fuel pumps to the store to prepay for diesel. I am handicap do well around the truck but those stairs are more than I can do. Store people refused to get my cards to activate the pump. Not a fleet card but my debit card. If do not walk good do not fuel here. They do not care if you fall back down the stairs. Thank you for being so helpfull

Self checkout is a bust. There was adequate staff . They are all teaching customers how to use self checkout. I wanted 2 Gatorade and all the change from $40 in fuel. Your system wouldn't allow this simple request and now I have a pocket full of change I would rather have in fuel.

Had two closed pumps and their maintenance man has been sitting on the company golfcart over 25 minutes doing no work except on his damn phone. See pictures. Then he decided to hide by the dumpsters and kill another 20 min. This guy should be fired

We go to Pilot to support the Browns because Haslam owns pilot. But the pumps are so slow or the filters so clogged that it takes a very long time to fill your tank. Cars back up waiting to pull up to the pump. This should be an easy fix. Just get it done.

Worthless pilot. First diesel pump was half ripped out. Backed out to use the pump next to it, keypad wouldn't work. Sick of these nasty broken pilot flying j's. Company let's me choose love's, or pilots. Decided to use a few pilots to have shower credits, screw that idea. Fueled across at love's.
