Sarah did really well with my 3yo son's haircut. He was a little squirmy (wouldn't hold still) but she was able to deal with it well.

Friendly, homey, and professional. Willing to go the extra step. My granddaughter wanted a certain style that they had not done before. They watched the video on her phone several times to provide what she wanted. They are awesome! We will definitely be going back.
