I was in the Verizon Bucyrus store today and witnessed Sales Associate Donovan act rudely and be confrontational to an older gentleman and a young woman and her child. It was highly unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I can’t imagine employing someone so unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. Not only did he lose the young ladies business but I will never utilize this store again. Life is too short to treat people such.

Leona, Donavan and David are phenomenal! They are so knowledgeable and kind. They don’t make you feel stupid for not understanding technology. Instead, they take the time to walk you through it and let you learn with their help! When getting a new device, they get to work with finding the best deal and what will do everything I utilize my device for. AND THEY TRANSFER ALL OF MY DATA FOR ME! I will recommend to everyone I know!
