My mail service has been horrible recently. I've gotten damaged packages, yesterday my mail was soaking wet and just dripping when I got it out of the box not a min after she delivered it and today my magazines had the front pages either torn or completely ripped off. Definitely not happy with my mail service

You cannot get a human on the phoneI get notified my packages have arrived but they are not there!I can't get a person to help and the automated system doesn't understand me.

Just had a pkg delivered and the USPS vehicle hit my trash can which is sitting out front waiting for trash pickup. Didn't bother to knock to let me know. This is ridiculous!!

I call and type what service I need and it wants to repeat the question as well as it says my local post office can't help me with any information on any packages I would ask about as well as I need to see about my mail getting delivered or dropped off at the local post office and it keeps telling me they need a tracking number when they can look up my name and social this service is fake and a waste of time I would not hire any of these advertisers falsely advertising as well as there telemarketer reseponest just repeats herself as well as can't help with any issues I have with giving my personal information

They delivered my mail to other people bwcayse they weren't paying attention and the people who got it brought it back usually already opened so thankfully it wasn't anything expensive and good luck trying to call them all you're going to get is automated systems
