I have purchased several vehicles from here, and the last 3 were a disaster. I know, I know, WHY did I keep going back?? All 3 of my most recent purchases broke down the first week I had them. The last one, I was told by the mechanic that Jeff sent me to that it needed to go to the dealership. Instead of sending me there, he slandered Trinco stating that "they'll hire anyone who can pick up a wrench," so he sent me to Mel's. Mel told me the same thing, that it needs to go to the dealership. Again, he slandered Mel, said "he doesn't know what he's talking about" and sent me to Mansfield, but told me if I didn't get it taken care of that day, they weren't covering it. So, I called off of work to rush to Mansfield, where I was told they could not fix it that day. Now, I'm battling them to release the lien on a vehicle I purchased 5 years ago, and Jeff kept putting it off until I finally threatened to talk to an attorney. Now he says he will mail it today... we'll see? I wasn't the least bit surprised when I called BPD, and they said this isn't the first call they've received on behalf of this business, for the same issue I'm having. I'm not sure why he's still in business, but be smart. Do not be like me. Do not go here??

Sold us a car that we were told was being used to go to auctions out of town, but wouldn't start the day after we got it because the motor had issues from sitting for too long. It came with parts missing from the inside and broken seatbelts, when Big Jeff knew we had a family of 6, 3 of them being babies and little boy.

Decently priced used vehicles in Bucyrus. Bring atleast $1000 on a down payment or just take in a rack and buy a used vehicle

Called to ask about a couple cars that was posted online. Was immediately corrected for calling him Jeff rather than “Big Jeff” that was a major red flag. The rest of conversation was condescending and rude. After reading reviews I’ll gladly avoid this place.

Big Jeff was super nice, he wasn’t pushy or anything. I was initially going to look at a car, I wasn’t planning on buying one today. I test drove a car and it ran perfectly and I drove it off the lot the same day! Good pricing and cars upkept well.

I see alot of bad reviews on here, i don't understand why. I have bought every car i have ever owned from them since i was 19 years old. So i have done business with them for 8 years. 5 cars i have bought from them. All the cars i have purchased have lasted me a very long time. They have also never needed much repairs other than general upkeep. They are always honest and upfront. Have always treated me with respect. I always send other people there because its a good busness.

Very bad business my mother in law purchased a suv from Big Jeff and it broke down the next morning so they had it towed and called a couple days later and said it was fixed so I went to pick it up and it did the same thing and I told him it just did the same thing again so after the 3rd time I called him and told him it wasn't fixed he got really rude with me and then he called my mother in law and started cursing at her .so no I will not recommend this car lot to any

I had the most disrespectful conversation with Big Jeff that i have ever had in my life. The vulgar language and condescending tone left me somewhat speechless. Could not believe someone that owned a business would talk to anyone that way, let alone someone who was buying a car from him. Horrible experience...

Want to thank Big Jeff for his help! Stopped by to look at a the mini cooper. Got the keys to test drive and liked it. He was upfront with the issues the car had, and had a dead battery. He got us hooked up right down the road and got the battery replaced with no issues. Stright to the point kinda guy. Would by from again!

Their honda advertisement was incorrect , upon arriving i noticed that not only was it wrong there were many problems that weren’t disclosed and i pointed these problems out to “big jeff” where he proceeded to cuss me out for “picking apart my car” i then apologized to “big jeff” for making him feel disrespected but he did not accept this apology and proceeded to cuss me out so i decided not to give my business to this dealership. If youre reading this “big jeff” i forgive you and i hope you get that temper resolved brother .

Theirs NO way I'm going back to this car dealer, they are liers and they tell you a certain price on the vehicle and when you go back they jack the price up Bad business!!!! The owner tells you his mechanic put 400.00 DOLLARS worth of parts on the vehicle don't believe them they lie!!! I WOULDNT give them a ?,I would them a ?all the way...yeah they told my dad for my car ford taurus 2003 he'll take 800.00 he said he needs to put some parts on,fix a tire..well when we went back to get it he said that his mechanic put 400.00 DOLLARS on it which he didn't and he jacked the price up on the car to 1250,u can't believe anything those salesman says their all LIers!!!!!

Bought 2 cars one died less than a month later (timing belt and other engine problems) and the other died 2 months later (again engine problems).
