I choose hotels for 2 things. Breakfast and hottubs. This hotel has both. The breakfast is amazing. While the hottub jets don't work the best and the temperature is not as hot as I would like I still was happy. Beds are comfortable, rooms aren't like super updated/no USB plugs it's still a good room (clean, appealing) which is why I gave 4 stars.Nearby activities: In the middle of all the small towns nearby so helped with visiting families in multiple towns nearby

Not a fan of bucyrus but this hotel was very clean and had a pleasant front desk worker. The pool and the hot tub were both clean and nice.Rooms: Very clean and nice tvs. Could be colderFood & drinks: Breakfast was delicious I had sausage and gravy

Hannah at the reception desk was fantastic! She is so friendly, so helpful & knowledgeable! Also, housekeeping staff was very nice & specifically Ryan was exceptional in helping us with our needs during our extended stay! He is very professional & all staff should be commended for making our chaotic lives a lot nicer during our stay!! Please give these folks a raise and/or BONUS in gas cards, cash etc. too! Great stay! This hotel is located right off the highway and was very clean and safe. Woman at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and got me settled into a nice requested top floor room. The room had 2 queens and was extremely clean. There was a pool and hot tub but I didn't have the chance to use but they looked nice. Free breakfast in the morning.

There was a concert in Mansfield so they only had King rooms left but the room was clean the customer service was great and the breakfast the next morning was good I would definitely come

It's okay but driving there is a little confusing. You have to drive near the Bob Evans and there's an access road near there. Parts of the road have potholes so you have to be cautious. The majority of people here seem to be either workers doing a job in the area or perhaps folks traveling between destinations. Room was clean with a nice sized refrigerator and there is an ice machine nearby. We stayed on the third floor. My dad was in the hospital in Mansfield and I figured Holiday Inn would be nice but I'm not sure if this location meets most Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast options in the morning are good but it seems to go in waves. At times it seemed packed with people and at other times it seemed like there were few people. I think better attention needs to be paid to the breakfast. We got there after one of the waves and the scrambled eggs were few and far between and were cold. Then after most folks left, they put fresh eggs out. That doesn't make much sense. We were there 5 nights (4 mornings) and the people serving breakfast aren't consistent, so the quality and quantity of food available really depends on who is on shift that day. There are a few options including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, bread and bagels for toasting, cereal, yogurt and milk. However the sausage doesn't seem to good and the options are either sausage or bacon depending on what day you go down. Parking likewise seems iffy. Sometimes it is plentiful and other times it's crowded. I almost feel like there aren't enough places to park. I've seen a variety of people parked their including semi trucks, trucks with trailers etc. vehicles this parking lot isn't designed to accommodate. It doesn't seem safe at times. Additionally, this is the only Holiday Inn I know of that allows dogs. One barked several times during the night keeping folks up. Another night somebody set off the fire alarms and we had to leave our room in the early morning around two or three am. Clients here seem questionable like they'll let anybody stay here. I would not stay here again if I had to do it over. I expect a little more from IHG properties.Pluses: Room was clean and a nice sized refrigerator. Lots of options for breakfast.Negatives: Parking is iffy. Potholes on access road. Breakfast area needs more attention when items run out. No persons to check me out when it was time to go, just a sign that said place keycards here. Hotel seems poorly staffed to maximize profits. It doesn't seem like customers are really screened here. I feel the price we paid was way too much considering the negative factors. Next time I will stay in Ontario, Ohio. There are better options there. This is not like most Holiday Inns.Not recommended

This is not my first time at this particular Hotel chain but this is my first time at this particular location. Overall our stay was pleasant. The room is clean and the staff was very kind. If I were to find any criticism I would say that this particular location is in a small town and therefore seems to be looked over in terms of modernization and renovation of the location. I hope this review helps to bring this issue to the attention of those who are responsible for keeping their locations up to date and modern. I would still stay at this location but I think it still needs to be renovated.

Our room and stay was fine, the workers at the desk were very kind....but don't swim in the pool/hot tub. My husband and my swim suits were bleached (his was dark purple, now pink - mine is black, turning pink on the ends). We got out as soon as we realized his suit changed color and showered right away. Our hair was crunchy and felt horrible for a few days after as well. I've now contacted customer service three times trying to get a hold of someone who can explain why that amount of chlorine was being used and to hopefully get a credit back for the damages with no response.I didn't want to post a poor review, but I'm hoping it catches the eye of someone who can contact me back about this situation.

We didn't stay the night here. Just had a get together in a meeting room. The meeting room was nice. Had it's own bathroom too! Unfortunately I didn't take any pics.

My daughter and her family stayed there and the service was awesome. They were so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and was quite . That you for taking such good care of them.
