I have not been able to get 1 script filled without some kind of hassle. My insurance makes me go there. I might drive to Marion CVS from now on. Not 1 time has it been quick and easy, bad attitudes, the employees they are snooty and not helpful.

Get my son's medicine filled here. Always a problem tell me it will be filled in 2 hours. I come to pick up in 3 hours still ain't ready. then multiple other times always a issue tell me to come pick it up then I get there and it can't be picked up until tomorrow because nobody has access to it. Could have told me that over the phone instead of telling me it will be ready in two hours. waste of gas and time hate this place if I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely pitiful pharmacist attitude. Called to ask about under 5 COVID vaccines since none of the right wing nut job pharmacies here are doing it. For them to also, not be doing it and tell me "I shouldn't vaccinate him anyways" it's none of YOUR business what I do with MY kid.

Slowest drive thru I've ever seen, had a scrip filled before and wasn't ready when I came to pick it up.

What if your pharmacy were closed during advertised business hours, with no warning, when you were told by that pharmacy's staff the day before you could come in to pick up your necessary prescriptions? What if you went to working staff with your concerns after seeing the security gates pulled down, with no explanation posted, only to have your concerns dismissed with a hand wave? Two stars because this is the first time this has happened, and *usually* they have been better than this for me. Changes to one star if I get ahold of their district manager on Monday and get the same treatment. They'll have work to do to get up to three or four stars. To CVS directly: three stars is start keeping advertised hours and keep your aisles clear of obstructions. You *do* have handicapped customers, quite a few of them. You can do better.Four stars? I am not certain what it will take to retain pharmacy staff. You have three or four faces consistently, and they're great, then there are rotating guest pharmacists, and the trainee-of-the week pharmacy assistants. Why such a turnover?Higher-ups, I strongly suggest you ask yourselves this question and do something about it.You have a few months before I take $13k a year in scripts to one of the other pharmacies in town, and I'm reluctant to do it because you're conveniently close and I'm familiar with you, but I'll do it if you force me.

I have had 2 experiences with this ? pharmacy. First experience was getting my child’s prescription filled. That went okay wasn’t great wasn’t terrible… but my son really had to go to the bathroom. Doing the potty dance… all that. It was the day Bucyrus was having trick-or-treating. And their bathroom was “out of service”. I didn’t think much of it because, it happens. Then today, after having dealt with corporate for now… 4 calls where the average call time is 30+ minutes. As I am looking at the other reviews and gauging their responses vs how I feel about my latest dealings with this CVS, the irony of the “broken bathroom” during a city event. Makes me wonder if this bathroom has been broken for the past 2 years ?. I imagine with how they treat their customers, how they must treat their toilets. Not like the toilets walk in to drop massive cash on 1 prescription. This CVS is down right awful, only 1 tech was even willing to help a little after corporate told her “it’s your job to make sure….” 3 times. After sitting there for over 1 hour and corporates magic words being repeated 3 times, my issue was “hopefully” resolved…in 15 minutes. The store, I don’t have experience with… but the pharmacy… it really seems they need either more/better training, maybe more staff since they are too busy to talk with customers at a reasonable distance making them talk across the room to try to get help that they so adamantly refused to do.

I don't have experience with the store. Only the pharmacy. So if you are looking for. 1) employees with poor attitudes 2) lack of care or empathy 3) too busy to stop what they're doing to help you with actual CVS Pharmacy business and their products/services. 4) Being told to go home and call corporate after you've already called corporate 4 times before on the same issue and corporate telling you it's the local pharmacy's job to handle the issue. 5)Having to close the gap and call corporate FOR THEM. Only to hear/listen to corporate tell them repeatedly to DO THEIR JOB 6) having all of your identifiable information talked about in a manner that is not secure. Then this may be the store for you. However, if you're someone that values your time, dignity, privacy, find a different CVS Pharmacy to go to or a different pharmacy all together if you're not forced by insurance to use them. There is a reason I stopped going there in the past and have not used their services in over a decade. Unfortunately, with my current job, CVS Pharmacy, is the only place I am allowed to use.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get a refund for (3) nail files, sold together. I have my receipt for $5.99. The nail files are not acceptable because they are painted in neon colors, yellow, orange, etc. & when you use them the colors stick to the ends of your nails. You have to wash the color off. CVS will not honor my receipt, even though I returned them a couple of days after I bought them. CVS says when I took the cellophane wrapper off, the SKU number was on the wrapper & they don't have the same nail files in the store anymore to get a SKU number from them. Therefore, they will not refund my money, even though I have the receipt. As far as I am concerned this problem is on CVS, not me. I'm out $5.99, and left with a BAD PRODUCT. I have returned twice to get my refund & they won't oblige my request. They need to find a way to "write off" what is THEIR PROBLEM. I will be using "Social Media" to further my complaint. Bucyrus CVS owes me $5.99. I have my receipt, and that should be enough to get my refund.
