“I walked into the store pretty bummed about what was going on with my car. I door dash and just got a job in galion so I have a bit of a drive back and forth. (2002 pt cruiser overheating) I was greeted by happy faces ready to get me back on the road. They truly went above and beyond as a team. Don't see that much anymore. They didn't have my part in stock so they called around their stores, found me one, and went and picked it up for me. Had all my stuff within a half an hour or so. Thank you Jen and crew. “I think these are the people that used to be next to the skate ring seem to be very friendly and parts are priced below competition. So I had them order me a heater core for my car and it didn't fit...even though I already opened it and tried to use it they returned it. This happened on Christmas eve, anyways John I'm assuming and his daughter still tried to help me figure out what to do since the part wouldn't work knowing they were not gonna make a sale at this time all I'm saying is I'm grateful for polite people. So often people are just out to make a buck I didn't feel that way at all from these guys. Thanks again for your help. By the way I figured the issue out that manufacturer just sent the wrong part got a new one and it fit.”
