Leisa is professional, precise and very knowledgeable. We called to look at a house that had just listed, we requested to see it that evening. Even though the evening was booked with showings, she was able to arrange for use to see the house prior to the showings. We loved the house and Leisa knew exactly how to get it for us. With todays market and her experience she was able to tell us what she was seeing with other current offerings and how we could attract the seller to our offer. I can’t thank her enough, as we are now living in the house. Her flexibility and quick response made us feel like we were her only client, even though she had several other clients she was working with. I would recommend to reach out to Leisa of you are thinking of buying or selling!

She sold our house to us and then the house we lived in, we gave her that sale too and then we just recently sold our house that we purchased two years ago. We told her specifically how much we were asking for. The bottom line, she was a dual agent for us and her nephew and when it was all said and done we didn't even get what the house was appraised for and is now even gone up since then. The house was sold to her nephew and I was told she would only charge us 3% since we gave her 3 houses to sell and she charged 5% not to mention many other shady details. She forgets what she tells you and changes things up you and is VERY unprofessional. I am extremely disattisfied and feel ripped off, used and that my house was stolen from me when it was all said and done! I absolutely would NEVER refer her to anybody and after reading some other peoples comments and knowing some of the other people she was a realtor for they were not happy with her either.

Not a polite realtor. Called on a property that was clearly listed as for sale. Was told they received a offer however the seller had not signed power of attorney so legally the property could still been shown and still have a offer presented to the seller(s)until the very last minute. Did not seem real interested in splitting deal with another realtor. (Whole demeanor changed when mentioned that) Needless to say very dissatisfied with the experience. Find a realtor that will work for you and treat you with fairness and approach your deal legally.

I talked with her. Sent her pictures like she asked. Have not heard from her since and had to go with someone else. I spoke with leisa over a week ago. My friend sent her pictures that she texted back that she received. Since she had replied to me that she had no call yesterday that is true since it was over a week ago. Obviously you don't remember me and I am also glad I did find someone else.

Leisa is THE BEST! She is knowledgeable and makes herself available for you even if means leaving her family BBQ! She helped us get our dream lakehouse and it only took a little over a month and we were moving in! She also connected us with a great loan officer when ours wasn’t getting things done for us in a timely manner! Highly recommend Leisa! We have nothing but the best things to say about her, she will work hard and help you understand everything and keep in touch with you every step of the way!

We are selling the second house with this realtor. She is very efficient and always answers all our questions with honesty and efficiency. All the paperwork was correct and I felt like I could really trust her. We have known her for years. I would definitely seek her out if I need to buy a house or sell a house in the future.

Very friendly and they work very hard to sell your property for the price your asking or higher. they have sold property for me and a business and got me fair money for me. Both of them stay in close touch with you and go above and beyond working for customers. I think they do the best job and really care.

It was difficult to get a showing to purchase a short sale property, eventually after getting a showing , the agent never showed instead she sent her son, that's not a licensed agent, nearly an hour late. The 2nd attempt to view the same property, was just as difficult getting a showing scheduled, despite the agent lives only a few blocks from this property. I extended an offer through my agent, the listing agent accepted nor declined my written offer. Very unprofessional.
